Trix, I wanted the rounded edges for my corian counter and it was specified in the buildout contract. I was in CA when they did the trim and finish inside my condo, and when I got back, I saw that they put in square edges. ACK. However, I didn't make them do it over, I got used to them. I have so much countertop, it would have cost the builder 5K just for the do-over. I wasn't that invested in round edges. I had round edged corian in texas, oh well. I do like the all in one sink design. There is no edge or anything for gunk to build up on, like when you have a sink separate from the countertop. I also LOATHE stainless steel sinks. They look like shit in a few years. I love the old fashioned enamal sinks. They are easy to keep clean and stain free. The corian doesn't stain, either, which is a nice surprise. It also doesn't scratch. I do keep racks on the bottom of my sink, to help protect the surface when I am placing dishes or pans there to soak. I also HAVE to have a deep sink in the kitched. I hate shallow kitchen sinks. I also like the faucets that change to a spray versus a stream. That makes cleanup easier, depending upon what you need to get the job done.
