Save it OMS. I edited because when I quoted Beth, she hadn't posted on this page yet and the post I was replying to was on a different page.
When I saw that she had posted on the same subject right before me, I realized there was no reason to quote her earlier post when I could just reply to that
one. Quoting makes sense when there are posts in between the one that you are replying to. Anything else you want to make mention of? Regardless of how much
we tend to deviate in the past, there's no reason not to try to keep the boards sane this year. I'm assuming you don't have a fucking problem with
that.

Just for the record Marvin...Libra is from Spring, TX and Steven went to school at Sam Houston, which is in Huntsville, TX...

I honestly think you guys are letting your pussy ass sensitivies blind you from the points that are being made. We ALL got chewed out for these types of
things between last season and this one. No one is trying to ride you personally, but we told the mods that if they did their part this year, we would do
ours.
The OT, the quote nesting, the dog piling - pissed them off last year, so we're trying to keep it down. Hell, even Hossc has been pulling coattails about flaming! |

ETA: Also, I agree that some quoting is appropriate and I think that has been acknowledged a few times at this point. |

K, since this is off topic and I'm trying really hard to be good this season I just will say this. OMS, you KNOW that there's a BIG difference between
quoting a point or a post of one person and quotenesting a post with a gazillion quotes in it and not editing it to just the point you need. Your just trying
to get a rise out of everyone now and it's a little pathetic. And yes, we all quotenest from time to time. The shit that's annoying is the incessant
posts, one after another after another so that every post on the same page has the exact same shit in it. It makes things really difficult to read. We all
did it last year, we all went off topic too. We're just trying to make sure that things don't get so out of hand this season. It's that simple.
And to keep my post on topic. I'm curious to know if the extra picture on the memory wall means that someone else will be brought in at some point. It's just strange that there's an extra frame on the memory wall. |
