Seriously, I get that Morgan Freeman is a nice old man but for real.....can you picture him playing Daniel Plainvew in tHERE wILL bE bLOOD? Or the alcoholic in
Leaving Las Vegas? Or Hannibal Lecter? Dude has no range whatsoever.

I wouldn't call him the best, but I always thought Brad Pitt is very underrated for his acting ability. I thought he was fantastic in 12 Monkeys and
Kalifornia.

Brad Pitt is underrated.
He was very strong in '7' and in Legends of the Fall as well. His acting in that Irish film-from what I hear- is fantastic. |

Morgan Freeman was nominated for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar back in the late 80s for playing a ruthless pimp in Street Smart, and he was great. Since then,
he's gotten pigeonholed as the Saintly Sage, which he does very well, but it doesn't show his full range. Before he retires he needs to play a real
bastard again.
