a bunch of new Incredible Hulk clips showed up online this week and some of them look pretty awesome. Especially when he rips the police car in half and uses
the car halves as brass knuckles to knock the shit out of Abomination.

The new trailers and commercials make this movie look much better than the early trailer. I remain cautiously optimistic.
And for good luck, I'm not taking off my Hulk Underoos until the movie comes out. |

I like when he kicks Tim Roth/Blonsky and he goes flying through the air. And the final battle is suppsoed to be like a 20 minute brawl whuch should be fun.
The marketing on this has been shitty though. I think one of the reasons Iron Man did so well was because they've had decent looking trailers for a year.
We're just seeing decent footage of Hulk now and it's 2 weeks away.

Seeing sweet, sweet Jennifer in the Day The Earth Stood Still preview. Keanu , I now forgive you for that horrible house movie with Sandra Bullock. |

*please don't suck...please don't suck...please don't suck...*It doesn't suck AT ALL. I got to see a screening of the Dark Knight a few weeks ago by some sheer luck and connections. I had unbelievable expectations and it still ended up being one of the best comic book movies I've ever seen. But it's depressing as hell. Heath Ledger is scary. I don't want to give anything away, but it does not suck. If I can give one piece of advice, watch it in IMAX. And stay away from reviews because they're giving a lot of spoilers out. |

Thanks for the info.
I'm a huge Batman fan so I can guess what happens to Harvey. There are new pics from Harry Potter & the Half Blood Prince up. |

Is there some standardized definition of 'spoiler'? I know some of the people in the TV forums freak out at the mention of TV Guide summaries because
they are 'spoilers'. And I can't imagine that anyone who has ever read a comic doesn't know where Harvey Dent fits into the Batman mythos (and
they better not screw up that character either, dammit).
I'm looking forward to Dark Knight, but numbers-wise I can't imagine it will get into Spiderman or even Iron Man-type dollars, simply because it looks scary as hell! Every time I see the Joker in the trailer, I get a little squirmy (OMG! That's not a spoiler, is it???) |

I'm a huge Batman fan so I can guess what happens to Harvey. That's not what I was thinking of. I knew that going in. It's specific acts of violence that the Joker does - I've noticed mention of these. The reviews aren't revealing everything (you'll still be surprised about some things) but I was glad to be in a position to know next to nothing (except some of the mythology). It was definitely more shocking than had I already known some of the depths of the Joker's psychotic behavior. As for doing well, I also doubt it will top Spiderman 3 in terms of opening weekend but I did read that it's already sold 8 times as many tickets as Spiderman 3 did at the same time (2 to 3 weeks in advance) and they've had to add 3 AM showings in some places. So it should do well. |

Spoilers can vary...depending on what your seeing.
Like, can you really spoil Beowulf... A 3,000 year old story? I choose the running definition... previewing plot elements not yet revealed in the story. "Crying Game" movie, 6th sense, etc. Just ask the Harry Potter fans about Dumbledore... |

Dark Knight is getting fantastic reviews with most critics calling it the best movie of the year and the best comic book movie ever.

Sounds like it's gonna be awesome. I read that Nolan had Ledger read "The Killing Joke" graphic novel to prepare for the character...Joker does a
lot of twisted shit in that one so I can imagine he'l be commiting some pretty out-there acts of violence
i personally liked in the comics way back in the day when the Joker beat Robin to death with a crowbar. |

I wanna see:
Hancock Dark Knight and the soon to be released X-Files movie. |

I wanted to see Hancock, too.
Then I saw it. It goes downhill faster than a speeding bullet. He picked the wrong super movie. He should have done a remake of The Greatest American Hero. Btw, Will Smith turned down playing Superman in Superman Returns. |

Really? They asked Will Smith to play Superman?
I mean, I like Will Smith, but I can't see him as Superman. |

Its true. Its true.
He was pretty funny turning it down saying "I played Jim West in Wild, Wild West" and I don't want to make the white folks angry by messing up their heroes." Chris Rock was going to be Jimmy Olson. I guess it wasn't going to be a drama... |

They thought about calling it Superboy.
That didn't go over to well. Buggles...Nataie Martinez is in the remake. And the guy who played Liu Kang in Mortal Kombat! Win win.
