I am such a lucky bum.I simply adore this girl, she's too adorable for words.
I am starting think that I am unfairly fortunate. I hope that life doesn't catch up to me and a row of terrible things happen later to balance out all this wonderfulness. I realize wonderfullness is not a word. I am a fan of made up words and run on sentences. I tend to enjoy "creative" spelling as well. My parents, the teachers would be so not impressed! I am coming home! I can't believe that I made it to this step in the competition. I am flying home tonight and I think it's probably the happiest I've been ever. Yah, right now is officially the peak of my entire life. My sister is going to be there as well. She was so excited when I talked to her on the phone that I could barley make out a word she was saying. I get that way too, which is not so helpful in interviews. Ella Fitzgerald, a woman who has serenaded me to many a bubble bath over the years is going to be blasting in my ears the whole plane ride home.
I just asked if I'm allowed to tell you which Ella song I plan to sing, but I am supposed to keep that secret. Urgh. The Blue Morris 6 used to call it my favourite. There. That's about as many hints as I can fairly let slide. I went shopping with Ross (our stylist) and we bought three Betsy Johnson dresses. Such a change from my usual favourite thrift stores. I did sort of fall for this one gorgeous red one. Red is my favourite color so I can't really help it. Lately I haven't been sleeping. I go through these frustrated intervals of reading and watching movies and trying desperately to pass out. I woke up late for my alarm this am and packed in such a hurry that it's going to be interesting to see what actually made the cut. My bag would make Marry Poppins proud. I wouldn't be surprised if I pulled a lamp shade outta there. I was extremely tired, to my defense.
Ok, I guess I should wrap this up. Enough pointless rambling. I do have one important closing thought. Thank you. Thank you. Thank ou. I mean that so much, that I think this is a good time to come up with a more extreme word to encompass thank-you in a bigger way. Wittyness is not my forte. Any ideas?
