As far as Tinas ranking goes, I would rank her higher then quite a few winners. Firstly,Amber.Ravu, you cite Ambers unwillingness to swap alligences as a good luck on Tinas part,it is. But it also shows that Amber is far too conservative with her moves then Tina is,and thus,there is lack of verifable proof that she can adapt to new environments. Her stint with the Mogo Mogos doesn't really count, because Kathy and Lexs interpretation of their long term survival had little to do with Ambers persuasion.You say it did, but I haven't seen you cite why. I give Amber credit for being taking advantage of the juries anger at Rob, but it was also shown how she wanted to keep Lex and Kathy,which would have had no benifit to her at all.Tina showed no such miscalculation in tactical matters. So thats one down.

As for Ethan,I don't think he had a good social game on All Stars.He outlasted Richard due to the tribes feelings of him as a loose cannon.Colby then left due to his "loose cannon" statis as well.Ethan is also a very conservative player,whether as Tina had to work at keeping Amber loyal in the Outback(its up to interpretation, but it is also up to interpretation that Yul somehow mitagated the efforts of Adam to remove the HII at f5.I give Tina and Yul benifit of the doubt).Ethan was perpetually safe in Africa,on both original Boran and new Boran(I give him credit for throwing the IC to remove Silas though. Even then, the unwillingness of Frank and Teresa to vote with Silas was good luck).In MotoMaji,he was also perpetually safe.Africa has a reputation for being one of the strategically stupidest seasons ever, so that is massive good luck.Ethan did not work towards any of this. Maybe he smoothed over the tensions Samburu and others had with Lex, but he still had more good luck and was more conservative then Tina.

As far as Sandra goes, she worked very hard to overcome the juggernaut that was Jon and Burton. But Fairplay stopped her at every turn.She shows considerable gullibility in trusting him at the f7 and not keeping the upper hand by booting Burton. She might of thought that Darrah and Tijuna would join Jon and Lill if Burton left, but it is more advantageous then keeping Burton around. She admitted that she had no stratagy but to follow others.You admit that you initially overrated her,and I can say that her inital stratagy to take Christa to the final 2 was very flawed,and that she had no way to make this happen with her stratagy. Even if she had to scrap more, I think Tina has more consistent plans
