Nadal leads 2-1 in the first. Federer has really missed a few shots I wouldn't have suspected.

Looks like it's going to be an another amazing final at Wimbledon, similar to yesturday.

1st set goes to Nadal!
That was a fucking epic battle for that final game that gave Nadal the win 6-4. There was like 4 deuces? 3 or 4 set points for Nadal? Not to mention Federer was a point away a few times from bringing the match even to 5-5. Also, wtf is up with Nadal giving Federer the game each of roger's serves? The last two were 50-0. |

BACK on serve!! Intense!
Swim, until this last game, Roger's just been on a roll with his serve, basically. It's hard to get points when Fed's hitting aces. |

Oh, MY...
Fed... from a 4-1 lead and up a break, to losing FOUR straight games, and being DOWN a break, Nadal serving for the 2nd set!!!! Fed's been broken now in 3/10 games. |

Massive holds by BOTH of 'em, there. Roger would've been in severe
trouble had he lost that game.
We want 3rd set tiebreak!! |

What's happening to Fed? He seemed like more powerful but Nadal is winning.

They're playing great tennis but something seems off about Federer.

So - a couple of tidbits during this (hopefully short) rain delay:
The women's finalists surely had to have one of the easiest runs Wimbledon history, I'd have to guess. The seeds that each of them defeated: - S. Wms. - Mauresmo (29), Radwanska (14). - V. Wms. - Dementieva (5), S. Wms. (6). If Roger indeed loses today, Nadal makes up more than half the distance between them, as the result will produce a 600 point swing (a 300 point change for each). Roger would have 6600 points; Rafael, 6055. Points that each of them will lose from now through the US Open: - Roger: 6600 - Cincy (W, 500) - Canada (RUP, 350) - US Open (W, 1000) = 4750. - Rafael: 6055 - Cincy (R32, 5) - Canada (S, 225) - Stuttgart (W, 250) - US Open (R16, 150) = 5425. In short, if he wins today, Nadal puts himself into a position of controlling his own destiny re: moving to #1 over the next couple of months. It'll be very interesting to watch how things progress from the sidelines. |

Back on bitches!
Hopefully Nadal wins in a 3rd set tiebreaker. I don't want the agony of Roger losing to be prolonged to another set. It's almost painful to watch. |

Who knows? Maybe Roger can come back and win the next three sets. I want Rafa to win but I don't think I can write Federer out so easily. He's a tennis
genius.

Go back to that game where Roger was down 0-40 on his serve.
If Rafael had won even ONE of those three points, he would already be the 2008 Wimbledon champion. Every one counts. I wanna see a tiebreaker!! |

I agree, but after his major choke in the 2nd set, I think he's off today. I think the pressure and nerves got to him. Geez, before the delay Nadal was one point away from winning the game, which later would have resulted in him winning. |

I can't stand these commentators, all they do is take turns licking Roger's dick. Geez, he has been making error after error. Sort of reminds me of the
Maria vs Serena 04 match, Serena didn't even make Maria work for it. Yet all the reporters do is just gush over how amazing Roger is.
