i agree with the ppl that say that the bed routine was sooo not all that! it was kinda sucky! it was boring, and i only saw a crazy hag throwing rose petals
around a dude rolling in a bed in a very crazy uncomfortable way! THAT WAS NOT GOOD! i think that if mia gives them (T&K) a routine in which all they need
to do is poop in the middle of the stage ppl are gonna think it's genius! (even more if will dances) 
this season is starting to turn into a big ol Pimpage bigger than ever, and it's starting to get VERY annoying!
ps. Poor jessica, that will guy is NOT that good! and she is NOT that bad! i don't get this whole "he's soo much better than you and he's
carrying you" feel

Even when things suck on this show -- which is often -- I enjoy the variety, as opposed to DWTS. I still appreciate good choreography that's poorly
performed, and I don't care about the technical aspect as much as the ENTERTAINMENT VALUE.

just because you (and that's not person-specific) don't like a dance doesn't mean it's not a dance. it may not be the dance you would have
done, it may not be the dance you even enjoy watching, but that doesn't mean it's not a dance. dance is supposed to create a reaction or an emotion
and the bed routine did that.
i personally loved the bed routine. i thought it was artful and really quite beautiful the way mia pulled together the music, the props, and the movement. i do not like kherington or twitch, but they performed the choreography very well. i personally cannot stand hip hop, krumping or broadway routines we've seen so far, but that doesn't make it less of a dance. to each their own. |

For crying out loud, my post was sarcastic...something that we do here at times at Sucks. I guess next time I need to put in a qualifier. I'm not saying that we should just go along with whatever the judges say. I've watched these type shows long enough to know better. |

Regardless of whether the routine was 'dancing' or not, it underwhelmed me. The technique was so subtle and easy, heck, I could have done that routine.
It doesn't take much skill to flail around on a bed.

All this thread fighting is more dramatic than the competition this season. The dancing has picked up since the first two weeks, but seriously the final six
looks like a lock to me.
Joshua/Mark/Will - Kherington/Katee/Chelsie. I see Joshua or Mark winning at this point, unless the individual voting reveals something new. I expect the judges to get harsh with Twitch at some point and his voting to fade away. Courtney and Gev I like a lot but bottom three this week isn't a good sign. Their solos should help them last longer. also- Nigel was actually nice to Jessica this week; right after he tossed Will's salad. The judges actually do NOT have mind control powers. And I doubt anyone agrees with them on everything. Remember how Nigel's dramatic revote on Katee doomed her and people started calling her canon fodder at the beginning of the season? The bed dance was a dance simply because it was choreographed movement to music (way too literally for my tastes but eh), calling it a dance doesn't mean it was good or bad; it's like everyone calls the Mona Lisa "art" but if you don't like the painting it's just a chick(?) with a big forehead. Also, Kherington didn't just throw the flowers around. She alternated left to right. That's tough to do. |

The fact that people thought Danny was arrogant last year (and that they believed they somehow witnessed this arrogance first hand) is proof enough. Not many people would have said this about him if the judges had kept their mouths shut. People might have seen him as shy, or reserved, but because of the judges they interpeted his tame personality as arrogance and cockiness. The fact is, a lot of people just follow the judges. If a judge says that a certain dancer failed to connect with the audience, I'm sure a lot of people will say that when they talk about what they thought of the dance, even if the dancer made them cry their eyes out. If the judge said he showed passion, then people would believe that, too, even if it was the same person. Another example is Marquis and Chris. A lot of people argue that Chris should have stayed because he was so passionate in his solo, but Marquis was only tricks. Why does that sound so familiar? Do you honestly think people would have thought of it themselves were it not for the judges. Although, I admit, I found myself saying, as Marquis danced, "the judges might say he did too many tricks," but I was amazing at the solo, and shocked that he left. |

considered a dance solo versus a trick-filled one, regardless of how the dancer's own style is classified??

Oh, I'd love that... to see nothing but bed 'dances' would make my sad, wee world.
Overall... I'm happy with the judges, the top dances (thus far) and the dumpees... it's all good. I hope the Canadian version lives up to the American 'D.W.T.S.'s' but, I doubt that will happen!  ....but..:) maybe!
