Actually, as funny as your scenario is, dagny, the reason they paid people is because initially the After Rose Ceremony thing was going to be a closed set
since spoilers leak. My friend got an email saying that tickets to that had been revoked. But then they thought better to get people who don't watch the
show so it looks like there is an audience. But they had to pay those people to show up. So finally it became mixed with fans and people who don't watch.
Their stupid plan didn't work because the paid people were ready to spill the details quickly.
I always love the one guy who's only there in the audience hoping to pick up a girl. As for the other spoiler

Thanks, loveski and fluffy, for the info. It makes sense now.
Here is what I want to say about Jason: I am married for the second time to someone who had 2 daughters. I had one son. They were 7, 5 and my son 16 months when we met. Married less than 2 years later. Had another son together. No trouble from exes, all kids got along, all adults get along really well. But the toll on my marriage and home? Hideous. My step-daughters were always #1 and still are, even over our son together. Because they are from the marriage that did not start with disillusionment. And when I say that, I don't mean about us, I mean caution, fear, etc. about marriage in general. So then you factor in hubby's misplaced guilt about not being there for those non-custodial children 100% of the time, trying to keep a balanced house when when they have different rules and meal preferences, the kids feeling like they have to mark their territory every time they set foot in the house, yada yada yada. It is really, really difficult and there is no fucking way I could have pulled it off these last 12 years had I been going into my first marriage. If DeAnna gets this and knows she couldn't pull it off, power to her. And I don't think she has the personality to pull it off. She wants to be #1 and won't be with Jason. And the spouse should be #1, because it makes for a healthier family and more self-assured kids. But if little Ty turns 5 and wants to stay up until midnight watching TV because he does at Mommy's house, and Step-Mommy does not want to set that bad precedent for her own kids, but Daddy isn't willing to say "no" because he fears his child's anger and Step-Mommy tries to enforce her house rules, and Daddy gets mad at her, and the other kids want to know why they can't stay up till midnight --you can see how tough this blended family thing gets and how the marriage gets pushed aside in favor of the non-custodial children. And my experiences aren't even that bad comparatively. Jason seems like a really decent guy, but I would still tell DeAnna to run like the wind far, far away from him and his cute little boy. |

Running away from all children is ALWAYS a good idea. Always.

Sorry I keep posting so much but I keep finding things that people here may find funny (like I do). Here's a post from Joker (it sounds a little bit like
someone is trying to justify the ending and they're not really an employee of the show. However, I don't doubt that this show is manipulated, like all
reality shows - just maybe not to the extent this guy is suggesting)

Don't apologize, I personally love the spoilers. Very interesting insight in to what goes on behind the scenes.

my new favorite rant from a delusional soul on FORT (I'm home sick on a saturday and bored). I'll put it in spoilers just in case there is someone out
there that doesn't want to know:

At MSN video they have finale date clip videos, pre-finale DeAnna thoughts, etc. IMO you can definitely see where her real connection is. If you're being
objective. And it's the one I've thought would win from the beginning, just based on her body language.

I was actually bored enough to go over there yesterday--Ron has posted a lot of stuff in his thread, nic "the sherriff." He is an interesting man
and prolific writer--definitely earned the name Socrates. Twilley was posting as "twilley" in his spoiler thread but stopped until after the show
apparently. Don't know about any of the others.
Naturally, none of them have the cojones to post here, but I don't blame them. eta: Hey, McW!
