I wouldn't have Cesternino on the list because he actually invented a whole new strategic way to play survivor. I would probably throw the three Hiki girls/Cassandra AKA Cirie 2.0s, 3.0s, ect. on that list because they were completely worthless. Same can be said as any obvious attempts at a repeat character. Such as Todd being Rafe 2.0 although he wasn't nearly as bad as the people I listed before.

i think everyone has a misconception about cassandra bc they are basing her strategy solely on her edit. she was a very strategic player who knew what she was doing and when to make the moves....she just never really got the edit-credit bc the moves she tried to make backfired...i.e. getting out Yau...

THANK YOU, GIBSON97! God, it makes me so MAD to see all these ignorant posters assuming Cassandra was worthless just because of her nearly-invisible edit! She made enough moves to get respect from me:

1. At the swap, she realized which way the wind was blowing and turned the tables on Boo and Stacy by approaching Earl, Yau-Man, and Michelle's alliance and subsequently joining them.

2. When Boo and Dreamz were stuck between the alliances after Michelle's booting, she smartly picked them for her reward with Yau-Man when she won the F9 Reward Challenge and firmly cemented their loyalty to the Syndicate.

3. While it didn't pan out because Yau-Man picked up the "bad vibes," she recognized the right time to get rid of Yau-Man before the finale.

4. And basically, she was (correctly) looked at by Edgardo as the center of the Syndicate, not Earl. The bonds of the six-person alliance stemmed from her -- with the exception of Yau-Man, every person in that group came to and strategized with her, not with Earl.

Basically, while I liked Earl very much, he wasn't the one running the show in his alliance. Cassandra was, by far. And I think if she'd targeted him at the F6 instead of Yau-Man, got rid of Boo in the F5, got Yau-Man out F4, and took Dreamz and Stacy to the F3, she'd have won. So I do not think she's one of the people responsible for ruining Survivor.

I do agree that Rob Cesternino somewhat did, though. After all of his constant strategizing in Amazon, it seemed like Mark Burnett wanted to focus more on seeing the strategy and less on getting to know the castaways as people. JFP went on to make that worse, and then Rob Mariano pretty much cemented it in All-Stars. Every season after that ceased to show even a fraction of any castaway as people.

Terry one of the people to destroy it? Absolutely. It introduced too many physical people to count, and before long, any chance for women to excel in the challenges went down the crapper thanks to him and, later, Ozzy.

Don't agree with Amber or Danni, though.
