He says and identified and self-concieves himself as a man, so he's a man. So yes, wishing you're a man does make you a man.

She wants to be a man, and a woman, as evidenced by changing into a man and then forcing herself to get pregnant anyway. You can't just switch back and forth between genders whenever you feel like it.

If it also has a surgically constructed penis, it's a woman with a surgically constructed penis. Therefore, instead of "Man gives birth" the headline should be "Woman with surgically constructed penis and vagina, ovaries and uterus gives birth". X It's prolly not even psychologically healthy to jump back-n-forth between genders as the whim occurs. If he/she retained the vagina with the expectaion of one day giving birth, then she should have remained female until after doing so, and then got the surgery. has a fully functioning penis The definition of "fully functioning" does not include the ability to produce viable sperm, then? Even if he/she does experience an erection (and that's entirely possible if the penis was created from the clitoris), it still seems unlikely that it could be described as "fully functioning" - unless fully functioning just means the ability to urinate and become erect. It's not connected to fully functioning testes...
