H talks of working his way through law school and college. FactCheck.org finds little evidence to support this claim. So first he pads his resume talking about bills he didn't work on and now pads it again with his exaggerated claim of working through college and law school. I guess when you have no real accomplishments you're forced to pad.

That tantrum is almost soley the province of libs. I'll answer the question about what people, and by people I mean me, fear in an Obama presidency. I fear a continuance of the liberal philosophy of entitlements. I fear the advent of the rape of the middle class trying to pay for universal healthcare. I fear the liberal idea that those waging a war of terror on the US can be dealt with by 'law and order' means rather than military ones. I fear blatant pandering. I fear someone whose idea of diplomacy is pixie dust and wishing really really hard upon a star that tinpot dictators will be nice if we are. I fear the further erosion of the second amendment, the further expansion of Roe v Wade and the packing of the Supreme Court with more liberal justices who want to make laws and find rights within the constitution that aren't there, and fail to find rights that clearly are there. I fear a candidate who thinks the answer to our economic ills and oil woes is to make speeches. I fear rhetoric in place of experience. SCOTUS just decided to ignore the first thirteen words of the amendment and ruled that the amendment means people have the individual right to bear arms, regardless of intent. As far as finding rights that aren't there etc etc, there were Founding Fathers who didn't want a Bill of Rights at all precisely because they feared it would be interpreted that only the rights expressly listed in the Constitution existed. Thus were born the 9th and 10 Amendments, to remind us all through the ages that just because a right is not expressly written into the Constitution does not mean it does not exist. Amendment IX The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. Amendment X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
