American Idol tips their hand like a bad poker player every time, Canadian Idol gives themselves options. If 6 they don't care for are in the bottom group next week they can just continue on with a Top 10 as planned, if too many girls will get eliminated by getting rid of 6 or any of their favos fall into the bottom 6 they'll be all surprise and give us a Top 12. I do like the idea of a Top 11 with the judges getting to save someone out of the bottom 6. With Canada picking the person with the highest votes out of the 6 could be fucking Drew or someone, if the judges get to pick they can choose anyone out of the 6 and if God forbid someone like Earl, Amberly or Mookie fell down into the 6 they'd be able to give them their rightful spot in the finals. I'm seriously crossing my fingers that KKKanada and Manada do a good job next week and by good job I mean Earl, Amberly and Mookie all easily get spots in the Top 10. I also like Seb, Gary, Oliver and Mitch but if worst comes to worst I can sacrifice one of them for one of the above 3. I worry about Mookie and Earl but I really do think Amberly is popular and she's raking in the votes, I will be voting my ass off for her next week but I do think she's a Top 10 lock.

I have no hope in this Kountry at all. Manada can suck it! I'm pretty sure they'll pull the judges pick option if she ends up there. No doubt. She is going though the 10 by force or vote. I never liked Mookie all that much, and I used to like Earl but now, I don't at all. I know they appeal to some, but for me, I could do without them in the 10 but I'm sure they are locks, they got a lot of girls voting for them. I just want Amberly and Theo in the 10, and Drew if at all possible. The rest, I dont' care. I think Canadian Idol is a lot smarter about their manipulation and behind the scenes tactics. I think they'll pull this Top 24 business again next year given the wiggle room they get from doing so. I don't mind Top 11's at all now, I prefer a wildcard in there.

Of course, there would have to be a double boot in the finals (which I hate), but if they employ this, at least do it near the last few weeks - like in the final four where the theme is usually "Judge's Pick" anyway. Some more thoughts to ponder: - The producers are stupid if they let the Piggies perform on the same night. I doubt they will do this next week esp if it's the second most critical voting week of the season (the first being, voting for the finale) - We only have four females left. I'm guessing they will put two girls on each night which leads to some kind of split vote starting with..... - ..........The Frenchies...... They are doomed if they're in the same group. Like the Piggies, Marie-Pierre and Katherine have never performed on the same night too. And both are French AND belters AND women. - Folky girls, Katelyn and Amberly are both cut from the same cloth and they will split votes if they play on the same night. - Mark will probably perform near the end of the show next week (but not the pimp spot) since he performed second and first. It's so obvious that the producers don't really want him to go far on the show but that's their fault. If they are smart, they'll sandwich him between two great performers. - Earl may be the most vulnerable male and may leave before the Top 10. Omar does the RnB thing way better but since this is KKKanada, the whiteboy singing/dancing to Motown is seen as "exotic" and strangely appealing - he might stick around. - Last night exactly last year, Brian almost went home. With Adam in the bottom three last night, the population of Hamilton will vote hardcore for him this week and it'll provide him some kind of leverage in th following weeks to come

I was all for Lisa Bell getting the boot this week though. I thought Jessica was good to go too. I did think she had beautiful eyes (too bad about the ear) but that didn't make up for her heinous performance. Maybe I am actually a citizen of Manada and didn't realize it. I know someone who works in a call centre dealing with U.S. calls sometimes and this person has been asked these questions many times, from those specific areas. It's hirarious! Probaly gone next week, but I'll watch until then! -Why are all the girls so disgusting? Usually I'm so pro-girl, but they are all so horribly ugly this year I just can't be. Thank god the haus-frau Jessica is gone, but we still have the blonde girl with the huge ass jaw, the other blonde who needs braces, and Amberly who probaly has the fattest face for a skinny girl. Not a good looking group of girls this year. -The guys, on the other hand, are HOT! I don't know names, but I like the one who sang Apologize/Collide and got the encore, I like the curly haired Pigott, I like Mookie, I like Earl, and probaly some others. -The first judge with the glasses annoys the crap out of me. He constantly looks scared shitless like he's about to wet his pants as he fumbles with his pen and tries to give a critique while avoiding eye contact. -How is the host perceived in Manada? He seems like a douche. -I like Sass and think the last judge's critique are always pretty accurate, despite being an ass. -I don't see them eliminating 6 next week. That's more than 1/3 of the competitors left! -Fat flamer is so annoying still -I love that the people on this show sing songs that I recognize, unlike American Idol which forces the contestants to sing shit from 40 years ago. -The fat guy that survived the bottom 3 needs to go home. I didn't even recognize him when he got called down. that is all. Marie Pierre <3 ETA: Marie's truly fucked next week because every season of idol my favorite has gone home right before the finals.
