Am I the only one that didn't think Katee was that good tonight? She didn't mess up that I could tell, but she seemed to hesitate just a bit before
each big maneuver as if she had to focus...sort of dancing by numbers. Joshua was just crazy good, like always.
I miss Kat's long hairstyles. Doesn't it seem as if the yells and cheering is piped in? Whenver the camera pans the crowd or their shown in the background, I never see anyone screaming or even clapping that much.

Bottom 3: Kourtni/Matt, Comfort/Thayne and Chelsie/Mark (just because so many people did well) |

My rankings for tonight:
Mark/Chelsie - The only couple that I thought did great on both dances. Josh/Katee - loved the first dance. And I would've tied them with M/K, but I thought the second admittedly tough routine had some noticable rough spots and they seemed to be moving kinda slow for this type of dance. I fault Benji for going over board with the complicated moves, which I think they were a bit too much for J/K. However, I think they worked it the best they could given their inexperience with that dance style. Thayne/Comfort - more solid in both routines so they edged out: Twitchington - Who were just ok in the Paso, but gave what for me was their best performance to date in Mia's piece. Will/Jess - Solid on both routines but Twitchington's second dance beat out both this couple's dances tonight. Gev/Court - Cute and ok in both dances. But nothing more than that for me. Matt/Kourtni - Adios, Matt. |

OMG Mia stole my dance! I'm pretty sure I choreoographed that exact same bed dance when I was 10 and had to spend a lot of time in my room.

place.
Mark is love. I loved him in the jazz and thought he was elegant in the foxtrot. He really looks like he should be a ballroom dancer. I do feel that that fucktard Nigel was trying to throw him under the bus this week, but Mark, ever the professional, took his critique really well. If I were up there I'd say to Nigel, bitch please I killed that foxtrot. Katee, Courtney, Chelsie, and Comfort really stepped it up this week. I thought they were all brilliant. Mia is the best coreographer on this show hands down. Will and Jessica's lyrical jazz was one of my favorite routines of the season. Wardrobe, Will and Twitch had no shirts this week, can Mark be next? Thanks in advance. |

I think Joshua/Katee were probably my overall favorites tonight, but I agree w/ those who said Katee was not that great in the second dance. I thought Joshua
greatly outshone her and I was shocked when the judges were so positive to her.
Mark/Chelsie -- I wasn't crazy about the second one, but heck, it's just fun to watch these two. I've noticed sometimes when the he's making faces when the judges are critiquing (not "bad" faces, just expressive), Mark looks like Pee Wee Herman. Chelsie cracks me up in that she just seems like some gum-popping kid in the interviews, then she comes out onstage so sleek and elegant and all business. I like Thayne and Comfort so much better together than with their other partners, though Thayne still isn't one of my favorites. I hope they both get to stay. I'd like to see Courtney w/ a partner other than Gev. Kourtni/Matt -- He's on thin ice, but she needs to go already. LOL @ Mia's routine. So literal and gimmicky. Why was Nigel such a little bitch tonight? I'm so sick of the "you're not man enough" type critiques. I'd pay someone to go tomorrow night with a sign that read "Butch it up, Nigel." |
