There's a bit of backstory to this so lemme explain.
I work at the mall and a few months ago somebody hit my car and drove away while I was at work. I came out after closing and noticed a huge dent in my car's trunk and some scrapes/white paint on my bumper. I was upset, but I figured there was nothing I could do about it. Then, tonight, I come out of work and find a note on my windshield that reads:
"I saw who hit your car.
White Ford Ranger Pickup w/ White Cap.
Plate YGZ-****" (I dunno if posting someone's license plate on a message board is a good idea, so I took out the last four numbers).
That's all the note said, but I thought it was pretty cool that somebody actually left a note on my car with that information. So how do I go about this? Do I report a crime or something? Should I try to find the owner of this mystery pickup and Judge Judy their ass!?!? Do I have enough evidence?
Or should I just look for the white ford pickup in the parking lot and key it a little bit?
