There are ways to cover it up. In Times Square, all they had to do was run a promo for HK and show the pictures of every contestant. Then in the episode, they just show Petrozza and Christina reacting to their pics. They probably edited out the sight of them vomiting in the street when Jen's pic showed. :-)

Seeing them tool around in NYC with GR wouldn't necessarily mean F2; it could just as easily been due to winning a trip to NYC as a reward.

But you can still run decoy versions of the ad. Plus, it could have been a reward challenge win. Just as Christina parading around Rodeo Drive with GR didn't mean she won HK; she just won a reward spree.
