I'm quite sure that reading isn't your strongest skill but still it seems that someone who frequents message boards as often as you do could comprehend that the term "save" was used in terms of being remembered as an artist of substance and not someone who just pumped out Pop drivel her entire career. and All American Girl is a self-indulgent, vain, piece of shit song with Carrie, as usual, patting herself on the back for being so "perfect" Does the girl have a high opinion of herself or what?

At least Carrie is still playing. Last solo U.S. tour, Kelly was only selling about the same amount of tickets and grossing about the same or less than an AI hasbeen like Clay Aiken did on his tour for his last CD. Meanwhile, Carrie is playing more dates just this year (almost 120 dates to healthy sized crowds) than Kelly did over three or four tours.

I know you think that only the U.S. counts but Kelly played venues in Australia and Europe that would make the venues Carrie is playing look like little league baseball games in terms of crowd size. As for Carrie touring so much.. well she's gotta do something to keep herself out there since it's clear that people just aren't that interested in buying her new CD. It also helps that she receives vocal assistance on the road, which means she can handle more extensive tour dates that a singer who sings fully couldn't because the human voice requires rest to remain in good condition.

The Ford thing was almost 2 years ago and I assume Kelly invested wisely. I hope Ford feels like they got their money's worth. How did they do that year sales-wise? I'm willing to bet Toby Keith was a better investment for them.

I'm sure Kelly invested those millions very wisely as for whether Ford feels they got their money's worth I have no idea... but car sales for the big three automakers have been in steady decline since long before the Bold Moves campaign had started so the insuation that kelly hurt sales is just more of your pathetic rhetoric. Even Toby Keith hasn't improved their sales.
