We have a giant ice cream ball. You fill it with the goods and kick it out around for 20 minutes and you get a bowl or two of ice cream.

No moron. You buy good chocolate bars and crush them. Chips are coated in some shit that makes them keep their shape, but it also gives them an off taste.

The recipe I linked to for cherry chocolate uses bittersweet chocolate, chopped.
We use the same for the mint chocolate chip. I notice you don't touch the comment about your inability to make decent enchiladas. Weren't you raised right? |
