Yeah, but you can say that about every single player in that season who was in the top 10 with the possible exception of Daniele. The Diary Room manipulation of votes saved Eric from elimination at F10 and resulted in Kail going home, so she has a legitimate case. Dustin certainly has a legitimate case after the rigging (even if it was a terrific moment) resulting in him being eliminated. And the game goes in a completely different direction if Kail & Dustin are in the game at F8 and past instead of Eric & Dick, so I'd say everyone eliminated after that has a gripe too. There's Eric having the veto and the producers refusing to let him use it, which directly led to Jessica and his evictions when they were forced to keep the Donatos back in the game. And so on. The one big thing you can say about Zach that you couldn't say about the others though is that he could have put himself in a much better position by using the veto at F5, but he chose to not do so. THAT, which you've already admitted was a mistake was a huge factor in why he finished third. So I'd say out of the other players in the top 10, he has a lot less to complain about.
Yeah,thats true.Infact,the manipulation to keep Eric was benifical to Zach because if Dustins alliance reigned victorius,then Zach would have gone.I think you could argue though that that sort of manipulation occurs of every kind of reality competition show,and that the Americas Player twist fairly allowed Dustin to go over Dick and that it was a fair move,because it was clearly stated by the audience that they liked Dick over Dustin(though manipulative editing could be considered rigging as well,I disagree,becasuse most people,including myself who watch the live feed wan Dicted to keepk over Dustin). What the producers did at the final 7, FORCING them to keep the Donatos went way beyond with what the producers did week 5. Its not manipulation,its blatent rigging.I think Zach had lost the most from this blatant rigging, because I think if there wasn't rigging then Daniele wuld have been the target,not Dick.
