32 oz. plain yogurt
1 mashed banana 2 tablespoons peanut butter 2 tablespoons honey 1 small container flavoring Mix all these ingredients in your blender, then dump into ice cube trays topaper cups to freeze and serve. |

I was going to give you one earlier today TC but the other choices were way better (for you) so I turtled. Pluse it would have had to be a pm cause it's a secret recipe! I was just checking back in to see if we were EATING the ice cream yet. I want some but not bad enough to go buy any. |
