WylDawg can't relate because Mookie is not a bald-headed, Molson-chugging, burly alpha-male/fraternity brother kind-of-guy.
His hair is one of the things that make him stand out. It's like an identifier. |

I am also not a Mookie fan. There's nothing technically wrong with his voice, and he seems like a nice enough guy. But I just...don't enjoy his
performances? They all sort of run together for me. Kudos I guess for picking songs not commonly heard on the show, but they just aren't interesting to
me at all.
Could he be the next Tyler Mullendore? (I would be okay with that.) |

I understand why he's not appealing at all to you guys since he sings songs that are highly popular in the UK but virtually not heard of here.
Also, his song choices so far have been from the year 2006 and onwards (except for "Twist and Shout") and most casual viewers are only familiar with the 70's, 80's, 90's and what's currently on (or what was once on) the Top 40. He brings something new to the table. We haven't had a contestant like him before. |
