Woot, Sadler. Where the hell did he come from? My fantasy was bad, but not as bad as I thought it was. Yay rainout.

Days of Thunder is on CMT at 3. I hate Tom Cruise, but at least I can get a little more racing in. It's also hard watching once Kyle nicknamed himself
Rowdy (who the hell nicknames themself?)

I never watched Days of Thunder. I absolutely loathe Tom Cruise. Always have. But I used to tolerate his movies. Now with him and his scientology crap, no
way.

This is the only one I will watch. I like the rest of the actors in it, and I like seeing the older cars. |

Wasn't Bobby Hamilton Sr. (RIP) in it, too?
I think Tom's character was named Cole Trickle. Dick Trickle should've played himself in that movie as Cole's distant uncle or something. |

WOOT! 200 pts. today...
I've always been annoyed by Tom Cruise (he's complete nut job now,,,). Have you noticed he runs in like every movie he's in??? |

the only way I can console myself is if it's a bush that wins, at least it's kurt. and that's a pretty miserable way to console oneself.
it there any chorizo left? and I'm switching to beer. I'm tired of pom juice. |

Bobby Hamilton wasn't really in Days of Thunder, but he was one of the stunt drivers.

DT, I still have some chorizo. Lucky for you (and me) that I bought real chorizo instead of that soyrizo stuff.
I'm trying not to hit the panic button yet. Last year, Tony didn't win until Chicagoland. In his rookie year, he didn't win until fall Richmond. So it's not so out of line for him not to have won a race yet this year, is it? Is it? ETA: Lobsters, I've noticed that, too. I want to see a movie where Tom gets trapped on a track, tries to outrun cars coming at him at 200 mph (he's, what, an OT7? He MUST be able to manipulate himself and everything around him so he avoids being hit, right? right?), and becomes roadkill. Double points for the 48 ramming him from behind.

OK Stewart's first win, year by year. I would be worried if he doesn't win next week or in Chicago since he does well in both places.
