If you want a weird routine and call it art, stick Mark in the front and have him walk around and make faces. I swear the others were dancing their asses off
while he walked around and posed. I'm really starting to hate him.
P.S. Honerable mention for pimping: Comfort. 100 Bucks says they told Mia to feature her somehow. |

I agree. I was watching Will and Jessica's routine and the whole time all I kept thinking was "trainwreck". It was seriously atrocious.
Also, Kherington needs to be called out on her dumbass grin while dancing. SHE can't act either Nigel!!! |

I have no idea what the judges see in Comfort. She has yet to be even remotely impressive. Her solos all look the same (she didn't even do shit last
week), and nearly everyone in B3 with her have delivered much better solos. It should've been her and Chris.

Kourtni & Comfort had better solo's than Chelsea. She was sweet and all, but her solo (both last week & this week) sucked.

Last year's NY Times article on the show's abysmal treatment of Danny in the early rounds, the writer mentioned that the producers and Nigel are always
looking for a LeRoy--the character from Fame who's a raw street dancer who transforms into a beautiful, versatile talent. Two years ago, Ivan was cast as
LeRoy and with the Umbrella dance, managed to transform himself. Last year the producers placed a bet on Cedric to dismal results and as a consolation prize,
sent him off to Debbie Allen's school. This year, Comfort has been cast in the LeRoy role and is being given chance after chance.

During the girls' solos, I couldn't really tell who was doing the worst. I did think that Chelsea has a beautiful face and body, but she just
hasn't shone in her performances.
Comfort outdanced Chris in Tyce's routine. Kourtni is unique in that she dances contemporary with a stature unlike her female peers. Chelsea, Kherrington, Courtney, Lauren, Sabra, Alison, Jamie...they are all these itty bitty things who fly through they air with the greatest of ease. I thought Thayne had the worst boy solo. Plus he is annoying as hell. I thought they'd let him go. He spent one section of his solo just running a big arc across the stairs. And the moves didn't match the lyrics in a storytelling fashion. Chris didn't sell it enough in the African Jazz piece. Something was lacking through his torso. And maybe they're keeping Matt so Kourtni can still have a tall partner! |

How many times can we see that dopey retard Big Bird run across the stage and throw her arms open and hug herself and lift one leg in the air? I think the order of likelihood to make the top 10 would be like this: Girls: Katee/Chelsie/Kherington/Courtney/Kourtni/Jessica/Comfort Guys: Joshua/Mark/Twitch/Will/Gev/Matt/Thayne The reason I put Jessica above Comfort is cause it could be possible Will just drags her in there. I doubt it though, especially once its down to the top 12 people. Mark/Chelsie and Katee/Josh will be the only locks to not be in the bottom 3, and Kherington/Twitch will prob be safe too. I could see Comfort beating out Kourtni cause of what I said above, but I do think the first 4 girls there are all locks and will be the top 4 girls as well. The top 5 guys seem fairly inevitable, doubt Matt or Thayne will make it. I think Gev is more likely to be safe the whole time than Will, but if Gev got unlucky and was in the bottom 3 with like Will/Twitch, he'd be an obvious goner. I really hope he makes it though, I like him and hes different. The one major plus he obviously has is the flirtmance with Courtney, and you know the producers love that shit. Everyone else is a major homo, so Nigel will want to pimp their flirting, like when he said their chemistry was so great or whatever. |

Comfort should have also gotten the boot.I loved Chelsea T, but if they would have kicked Comfort we would have had pretty much nothing but female contemporary dancers (1 ballroom close enough). And I like the idea of Thayne and Comfort. Does anyone think this season is better than the last 2 seasons? So far it seems pretty dull, with only a few moments. I did enjoy Mia's big piece last night, and can see Mark being her new muse. |
