I did enjoy The Devil's Rejects quite a lot. The reason I didn't include is that it's barely a horror/scary movie. It's merely a violent action film. And even there, I remember critics saying how gory, sick and depraved the movie was and I really thought it was tamed by today' standards.

High Tension on the other hand I really did not enjoy. It was needlessly gory and the twist is something we've seen a million times. There were also some scenes that made no sense whatsoever.

I don't know how to do the spoiler [+] thingy but I doubt people will mind anyways. There's this one scene where the girl is tied up in the back of a van and her friend comes to rescue her. Yet, the ending twist clearly shows that she is the killer who happens to be driving the van at that very moment. I mean, WTF?? I can gobble up the whole "scizo personlaity" plot, but being at two places at once?
