This year, it is Lamb Wellington, Hanson. In previous years it was Beef on HK. I think you were thinking of a dish called "Beef Stew".

I agree the Wellington looks good, but anyone else just dying for them to change up their menu? That place is like McDonalds, I could recite the whole bloody
menu myself - even to a jingle, if need be

They have beef and lamb this year, that's why they had both sauces and switched them. (Wellington)
