Well I dunno about that, but this thing came out of nowhere to be perfect summer RTV.
Best.exit.ever, too: initially carried off the set by a bunch of Crazy 88's types and then forced to do the walk of shame dressed in a bug suit.

I just realized that this show will be on the same time Big Brother is on. Damn! I don't have a DVR. At least I can watch till July 13th.

Or a VCR even. You can do this, fluffy. Anyhow, does anyone know if the gameshow they taped in Toho Studios actually aired on Japanese TV? Or even if this series is being broadcast over there? It'd be hilarious to find out what the Japanese think about all this. Any Sucktonians living in Japan these days? |

Oh shiza, shiza. Were it so simple. I live in the boondocks. It's just me & my mom. Only have dial-up so no torrents for me. Can't tape one
& watch the other since I only have VCR & can't get the cable rigged up right to the converter box so I can tape one & watch another. (I
tried)
I'll get by. I do have a remote so I'll probably flip during commercials. |

if u have east or west channel.. u can watch it first in east zone then later west time zone.. its easy!!

don't get as good reviews here lol, I didn't tune in cuz i thought it would be terrible.

i had the opportunity of living in tokyo for three months a few years ago. those japanese buds really are that crazy.
they know how to party and their television (all in hi-def btw, even back then) was outrageous. great show. its on my list... |

Fluffy, I am swimming in old, but perfectly functioning VCRs. I would gladly ship you one, PM me if you are interested.
Fluffy has DIAL UP internet, so she can't even download stuff, not really. Poor Fluffy. I just loved this show, so campy, so sucks like. The classic is the way the contestant has to walk off the studio lot in disgrace, in full costume, after losing.
The host is hilarious. The snide comments to the audience with the English subtitles are hilarious. One can't multi task and watch this show, you have to read the subtitles. |

fluffynurse, I have had my VCR for abour seven years. I canceled cable a couple of years ago.
Have you carefully checked all of the in and out ports? What about the "channel 3/channel 4" switch on the back of your VCR? On the back of my VCR, there's one port which is "out to TV." The other port is "in from antenna." I have a rabbit ears antenna which I got from Radio Shack. The cable from my VCR is connected to the audio on the back of my TV. Maybe you could call tech support at your cable company to make sure everything is connected correctly. Or, you could disconnect the cable box and connect your VCR to an antenna so that you can record one show while watching another. When I had cable, I don't think I could watch a show on one channel while recording a show on another channel. |

And thanks for the offer for that VCR qsf but I have a few. Just can't use them to record one channel while watching another even from 2 different sets since I only have 1 converter box. You guys are so sweet. And if I could afford satellite internet I'd be on that like gravy on potatos. |

I also live in the boondocks and my internet choices are dial up or satellite. we have satellite and FREQUENTLY go over on bandwith... that means, they lower your speed to slower than dial up til you start a new weekly cycle... and that puts me back on dial up. I loved that this show is more like BB than i expected. |
