I thought that Kathy was saying now that it was fun and friendship (and, of course, publicity), but not romance.

Wow who gives a shit about those gays from S1, Kathy is funny they arent, they were lucky to be on her show in the first place.
I think this last week's episode was the funniest episode of the D-List there has ever been, if the episodes keep up like this it will definitely be the best season ever. |

So yeah, she probably does have a Manager lurking in the shadows that books her gigs and all that. Perhaps she also has an Agent, more than likely a Lawyer, and a Publicist probably? The three buffoons can't do the important stuff, you are right I bet. |

I think Jessica is Kathy's real assistant. She's been around for the whole time. Tom and Tiffany, I would believe, are employed for more than the
show, but still turn it on more and are used for the cameras. I'm sure they all do stuff (actual work), but really, who wants to watch that?

Everybody else on Celebrity Mole is filling up their journal with obsevations, but when a page was torn from everyone's journal, Kathy was the only one who hadn't written something on it. She is like blissfully unconcerned. |

No, Tom is definitely not just for show. When she came to Lowell, Mass for her show, he was there setting up the stage and everything for her and getting it
ready and they weren't taping the show that night.

I'm not surprised that they put him to work, but it's the TYPE of work (and the quality of his work) that I question. His title is "tour manager". That would normally imply somebody who handles scheduling and books venues and oversees contracts and makes sure the artist's needs are met on the road, from transportation to accomodations to dressing room... Think of it like what the contestants have done in several final challenges on "The Apprentice" when they hare handling an event with a musician... I assure you that most tour managers are not "setting up the stage". They are not ROADIES!!! |

"Setting up the stage" for Kathy means you put the stool next to the mike stand, put 2 bottles of water & a cup w/ ice + straw out, add her notebook with her bullet points for the show, and voila! |

There is always at least one part on Celebrity Mole where Kathy cracks me up. Tonight it was when she was making fun of the people who picked her up
hitchhiking. The toothless retarded driver. His 12 year old son running from the law. Incidentally, I went to read the recap of the episode at Television
Without Pity, and it was total crap. (I know, what did I expect from that website) It was basically a 13-page summary, with no added insight or interesting
thoughts from the writer. And this "Kim" has written the recaps for every season, including the current one. Egads.

Kathy's non-stop bitching the whole time was awesome on that show. Right from the 1st ep where she complained about expecting easy "celebrity"
type games.

I love her rant after Kim gets eliminated when Baldwin says he's thankful Frederique is still there.
I already love tonight's episode. Tom wanting to be touched by a drag queen while sleeping, Kathy talking about her mother itching, and then throwing condoms at her mom while Maggie pretends to be a gay drag queen.

I loved when she asked the zoo employees how much the koala cost and her subsequent story to the Aussie crowd about it during her show later on. Hilarious!

The condoms was very funny.
Kathy asking about the koala was so funny. She tried to buy it and asked if it was gay! lol The flight was pretty funny as well. Kathy on the Mole was amazing too! I just watched the last two episodes and yes, her making fun of the toothless retarded taxi driver was funny. I just appreciated Kathy's overall SLOWNESS the entire time. She never picked up the pace or moved quick enough to break a sweat. Also, her impressions of Frederique's accent is hilarious. GUYEEZ GUYEEZ SLEDGE HAMMUH! |

I am enjoying Celebrity Mole more than D-list. She is kind of miserable all the time, and at her wit's end, but being funny in spite of it all. Nothing
she does is rehearsed which makes it more natural and impressive.
Can you believe that Erik Von Detten was the voice of the evil demented kid in Toy Story?

Yeah, Kathy LOOKS miserable during The Mole too. haha But you're right, she's naturally funny.
And Erik hate. I wasn't too impressed by him. |
