Selfish: - 23 bars Victoria Kristen Clay Nicole Selfless: 34 bars Paul Alex Craig Mark When they showed the question on tv it was 24 and 34, so just a website typo.

It just seemed so odd. That's strange. It is also french for good appetite and is used to wish someone enjoyment while eating their meal. As for the clue that translates to ODD, the only thing I can find to relate it to is at the burning of the journals. Nicole, Paul, and Alex all wanted to give up their journal since they thought an exemption might be involved and Paul said "Odd finger out. Is that not an easy way to settle this"? Then Paul and Nicole threw two fingers and Alex threw one to earn the right. So Paul saying that is what I am attributing it to for the moment. Makes the best sense to me over some of the other possibilities.

I think all signs point to a Nicole elimination next week. We all seem to agree that she is not playing subtle enough to be the Mole. She chose Bobby the week he was eliminated, and she seems to have chosen Victoria this week and possibly (at least editing wise) finished 5 seconds before the last place finisher. Seems she's toast.

That's what makes me think she may be the Mole. It was so obvious that she was the Mole, and now it's a given that she's not - since she admitted to trying to look like the Mole, and since the editing made it look like she was the one who barely beat Victoria. I think she could easily be the Mole.

I'm also guessing that he's really an actor, and not a history teacher/soccer coach (although I suppose he could be all three at once). Plus, his 'disappearance' was quite suspect, as there will always be a camera person filming each of the contestants, so he could only get away if production planned it, or the contestants were really clueless and missed both him and his trailing camera person wander off into the darkness.

Zip straight through the quiz makes me think they're trying to compare Nicole to Kathy, which makes me think possible winnar.

But it certainly doesn't rule out the idea that production's plan was to build him up as the ubercompetitive guy who relies the most on his journal all in anticipation of the journal burning episode. And who reacts to things like that? Most reality show contestants would show a brief moment of anger, and then laugh it off or just be a little annoyed for the rest of the night. Walking away seems to be a little over-dramatic and I felt that his 'frigg'n sadist' line, or whatever he said, was bad acting.

Of course I can't be 100% for sure, but I'm a professional actor and I see 'acting' going on in all these big Mark moments. I see it in his eyes and how it manifests in his face. He was acting through his 'family speech', he was acting through the big dinner scene where he blew up at Paul, and he was acting in the book burning sequence. I can understand how someone might try to 'act' during scenes where others are present, but why on earth would he act before a camera, with no one else around? Remember, the contestants only have to fool each other. The Mole has to also fool the viewer. Only Mark has had the chance to have scenarios set up where he could also 'fool the tv audience'.
