Nice to see that Pate's handiwork is still paying dividends for Republicans I guess, even if the Illinois GOP is kind of extinct right now.
Whats telling is that conserves keep trying to attack obama as opposed to talking about their own useless piece of shit candidate. The good and the bad about McCain is public knowledge. He has a long legislative history, and he has also taken a firm stand on most issues. We talk about Obama because he's another Clinton, on both sides of many issues, but he lacks the public record that the former governor of Arkansas had. He also has no major accomplishments to analyze, so we are left wondering just who the fuck he is. But we do get some idea when we look at his limited record. We know he's the most pro-abortion member of the Senate, as he opposed legislation while in the Illinois Senate that would make it mandatory to provide life saving care to presumably aborted babies that are born alive. Similar federal legislation passed unanimously in the Senate, so Obama is more pro abortion than Barbara Boxer. Indeed, is allowing a baby to die abortion? That's just one issue we can look at, one of the few issues on which he actually voted rather than taking a pass.
