We just got the Travel Channel a month or so ago and I watched a rerun of the Mexican/Texan border episode and, aside from the obvious "LET MEXICANS ROAM
FREE" overtones that Tony was preaching, it was really great, so I've been scanning the TV Guide like crazy and watching every episode I can catch.
Fun stuff.
And that picture kinda freaks me out. |

If any of you haven't read an Anthony Bourdain novel yet than please go find one and read it! I've read two of his novels so far (Gone Bamboo and Bone in the Throat) and I've noticed that Tony puts a lot of himself into his fiction. So if you're a fan of him or his TV shows at all you'll definitely enjoy his fiction. |

I managed to catch a part of the Singapore episode here in Asia last night. Though local famewhore KF Seetoh was on his show again, it was still I would say a pretty multi-angled take on our local culinary scene. So I can definitely say he's managed
to get down the spirit of food culture in locales.

So I just caught an ad promoting his new season, beginning July 7th. Can't wait and it gives me something to look forward to for the 2nd half of the summer
(besides Big Brother and Superhero, if SciFi has a new season airing)!
