Regardless of whether he has full custody of his child or whether it's 50% custody may not have any bearing on how committed he is to his son. I think people here are trying to read too much on how the custody was arrainged and not on how devoted he his to his son. A person can be divorced from som one and can be completely involved in their child's life regardless of the custody.
I don't think anyone is doubting either parent's involvement in the kid's life. My point has been that the kid, and his mother, are negatives (or baggage) that Deanna has to factor in when considering Jason. Ty is someone else's kid, plain and simple. That someone else comes with Jason and Ty. So if she picks Jason she's going to be #2 in his life, not #1, and there's going to be this other woman to contend with whether it's pleasant or not.
Men with kids.....BLEH!
