It really wasn't a true promo for Shear Genius II, i.e. including cast clips and stuff... It was clever, but all it showed was a chair that turned around
with a pair of scissors stuck in the back.. then the chair turns around again and there are two pairs stuck in the back. It's a tease the way they did the
"clock" promo for Top Chef.
I'm glad Jaclyn Smith is still hosting. She's such class and beauty.

New season starts June 25th. Didn't anyone else see the new promo, featuring the contestants last night? I saw it a bunch of times during the Top
Chef reruns.

And I see that the lezbeen who was the main judge last year isn't pictured, but we do have the return of Rene Fris, so he can say to the models, "Hokay, laydeez. It's tiiime foh you to get dwessed in yoah Sin-thee-uh Rowley cwee-ations." |

Thank gracious Allah that they got rid of the seriously unpleasant judges. Rene Fris and Jaclyn were the only two I liked. HURRAY!!!
Now I just hope the theme music is as good as it was in season 1. |

I just wish that when they did the runway, they'd slow it down and really focus on the hair (a lot of camera angles, and the like). Last season, they would
do the runway show, and I would feel like I had NO IDEA who had done the better job until the judges started pointing out details. Other shows, I'm able to
come to my own conclusions (at least limited ones) completely independently of what the judges have to say...

cut and color.

Wow. I was looking at the contestants on the Bravo site, and one of them, Parker I think his name was, looks just like Christian Siriano and David Cook mixed
together. It's kind of scary. The resemblence.
