Phil: Josef & Robi, you are team number SEVEN. Josef: Argh, thanks Phil. Pit Stop! The pit stop for this leg of the race is Pontrifical Catholic University of Valparaiso. Built in 1928, this university is one of the oldest and most important in Chile's history. Alma mater to many revolutionaries, human rights activists, and other notable figures in Chile, it serves as an influential college for the nation's future. At the entrance to this University is the first pit stop in a race around the world. Ugh, I don't know if this is like some mental block where I just can't do well in your races but I hope it goes away soon. But apart from that, pretty good leg. The Roadblock was kinda a throwback to the first Roadblock last season, which I also sucked in. I gotta take some Spanish lessons or something. The Detour was maybe a bit too simple but good for a first leg I spose.

That bitch was lucky because I could have torn her apart with my looks and worrds. Dominique: She really was asking for it. I guess she just doesn't, like, get models. I liked the leg a lot. The roadblock wasn't very specific as to how you wanted it posted so I think a lot of people went through much more trouble than they had to. Luckily I saw how Kitty did it and had my links all ready to go. I was really rusty starting this race (I forgot how important wikipedia was and how quickly we need to post.) I guess the last time I raced I was knocked out early so its been a really long time for me since last I raced.

This race is pretty fast-paced and fun. The teams are quite interesting. The tasks are okay. Not much a strong premiere, but it's a good read. And L5SUCKAGE in AT's races may not be just a myth anymore. But I'm sure he'll pull some surprises at last, just like how Lach & Gabe did.

Head was pounding for a bit though after that final bunch of posts. Given that it's the first time I've ever done a race with celebs as characters (even if Wan & Chung are now like, the TAR board celebs >_>), I was quite happy with it. I don't want to overuse "fierce" right now, and Nina can have something interesting to say herself...

Closing Confessional: Josef: We had a very bad leg thanks to my wonderful brother. Robi: Okay fine, it's me. Josef: I'm so glad you've admitted it. Robi: To add to that, we've chosen the wrong detour choice and we need to switch. Josef: Considering that we have made in the first flight, our placement sucks. Robi: We also have a little amount money left so it could cost us the race too. Josef: We'll try to improve those things next leg, if not then we'll surely be eliminated. I overslept and woke up late (around 10.30am PDT) and saw like almost all the teams at the Pit Stop already so I was like, heck it, I'm going to be eliminated. I'm relieved that it was an NEL, and I definitely will not wake up late for the second leg. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
