There's nothing to draw people in after the CBB5/BB8 fiascoes. Based on a poll of my office, the most the general public knows about BB this year is: a) There's a blind guy b) There's a bitch called Alex All the gimmick housemates aren't very dynamic ("fat Thai woman" and "straight-edge student" aren't actually going to cause any drama). The last time BB was really a huge talking point over here based on the show (and not news about racism) was Shahbaz's breakdown. Elephant toe Most likely microphone pack toe (one of the guys made a comment how he wasn't "packed like that". No Pete's in this house)

I mean... come on. And I'm sorry but he is fuckin annoying and I do not find myself endeared to him in the least. Is there a reason he SHOUTS EVERY SINGLE THING HE SAYS?!?!? Jesus. I couldn't stop laughing. I was actually pleased with the affects the shocking had on Alexandra the most! I felt really bad for everyone else though, When Kat went into the DR and didn't want to sit down and was crying from the pain of it, I was very sad for her, I felt so bad. I think what makes Rex so freakin' sexay is how he is able to stand up to Alex and give her a taste of her own medicine. he comes off as such a bastardish manly man sometimes..I heart him a lot right now! Anyway, I also found a place to watch some of the live feeds, which is awesome! While I was watching the HM's starting their morning I made some presents for anyone who wants'em!

Alex 'expelled from school over drugs' Alexandra's former schoolmates have claimed that she bullied pupils at one school and was thrown out of another for alleged drug-taking. Zoe Dunn said the Croydon-based single mother bullied her at school for years and was part of a gang who beat her up. The Sun quotes her as saying: "She used to call me white trash, white slag. If white girls hung out with black kids, she'd give you a hard time." Dunn added: "She was chucked out aged 15 when she fell pregnant. My blood boils when I see her on TV." Another former classmate said Alexandra was expelled from a separate school when she was 13 for allegedly smoking cannabis. Alexandra bullied girls at work A former colleague has revealed that Alexandra bullied girls at work, according to The Mirror. Talking about her time in Thomson Directories telesales in Purley, Surrey, former boss Jake Homatas said: "She made a lot of enemies. Even BB was calling her out for her hypocrisy "Would you say the same ting if it was someone other than Rex?" "No." The way she refused to loan him her lighter and then snatched it away like a 2 year-old from him was pathetic. I wanted them to win soooooooo badly and for him to say "You quit, you get staples. We'll have the lux food." Awww and I felt so much for Kat when she was int eh DR, unable to sit, crying. Even then she still tells BB to have a nice day :) Later when they were doing the last bit of the task she wasn't looking, all tensed up dreading a shock. :)

I'm sure if he had a cute face like Dale (I don't find him cute but most do), I'd suspect some people would have a more pleasant reaction to him and the eye thing would be easier to ignore. He's kinda fugly, bless him. But I don't see anything he has done that would deem him creepy personally. He's weird but that's a given when getting on this show. Concerning the lighter, I believe Alex was being really dramatic and not a little disingenuous. From what I understand, hers was the only lighter in the house so he'd used it before. After Rex called her out (in a pretty mild way, tbh) she just decided to take her ball and go home. I really don't think even she believes deep down that it was some crime over violating her property, she was just being a baby and trying to justify it by making this big deal over her property.

I loathe Dennis, but I loved how he was shocking them on purpose, that was great. Alex just gets worse and worse. Remember, she was the one at the start saying "its not so bad, at least we know it wont get any worse than this" and she is the one who called for the vote (because she probably thought that they would vote to quit the task) and when things didnt go her way, she quit. How is it that all the rest of the house can keep doing it except Sylvia & Alex? You know they certainly would have been more than willing to eat all the food had they won the task. It had to be all of them stay in, or all of them decide to quit. I loved Rex in this episode, he is proving that he isnt a total bore...and the fact that Alex wouldnt share her lighter is so petty. I know 10 year olds who pull that shit, but for someone who says how grown up she is, she sure doesnt act like an adult. She was mad and didnt want to share her toys, boo hoo for her.

I'm torn about that one, as I think she and Sylvia were right to quit. Given the pure mechanics of the task (as made obviously clear in the fact that they were getting nowhere), any idiot could see they were never going to finish it. But yeah, it should've been broached first as a group decision, mind you, even then the tards still decided to stick it out, so I can understand being frustrated with that. On the other hand, might've been wrong for Rex to use her lighter, but all that crying and bullshit that "I feel violated because you use my lighter." Bitch plz.

I can only remember her laughing once,and smiling a couple of times.She seems to be happy just ripping on the other HG and that's it. She scowls all the time...gah! Social loafing is fun when you can get away with it! The lighter thing, yeah she exaggerated when she was crying in the diary room but seriously, it can be a 10 year old or a two year old thing to do but if someone was chopping my balls over not doing something like Rex did, I'd certainly grab my lighter back and tell him to fuck off too. He should have known better and brought his own. If he would have asked, I would give it to him but after chopping her tits for the task and then just grabbing the lighter, I would have gone off too. It's just polite to ask when it's not yours, simple manners. I don't think she would have given it even if he asked but for me personally, just a little respect goes a long way. If he was a friend in the house, I wouldn't care. I'm sure if she was grabbing his lighter, he would flip the fuck out at her.

This is to protect the housemates from any outside world information or hints about their popularity. She will still present the rest of the show from the stage outside the House, so it promises to be an exciting and eventful night. Good move. The crowd influence was funny in BB6 but from "get Grace out" (and "get Charley out!") it started hurt the house.

The chanting can all but ruin the fact that the HM's are sequesterd the rest of the time. Though I think alex would like the attention anyway. I don't think the HM's have any right to complain about the shocking test. In just the two hour audition special I watched they were warned repeatedly that this year BB was going to be especially difficult and much harder on contestants than any year before, so I can only imagine how often they were reminded of this during the course of the whole process. It's sort of just in a way, for all the delusional famewhores who think they deserve fame and fortune just for being on tv for a bit. I hope the tasks remain challenging.
