I loved how Lisa kept she saying she put herself into the food. I kept thinking, "your food tastes like cunt?" And, I also loved the comment that
if you're not happy, your food doesn't taste good. How the hell, then, did anything she cook ever turn out good? Bitter wench, party of one.

Ok, to the Lisa supporters: Yes, she created drama. Fantastic, no boring episodes. But when it comes right down to it, she wasn't a very good cook. Week to
week she almost went home because of her so-so cooking. She talked her way out of elimination quite a few times. She made some good dishes in the finale, good
for her. But this is a cooking show, not a personality competition and when it comes right down to it she wasn't a good enough cook.

Loved Stephanie throughout the season - I wish they would have verbally taken consistency into consideration. I think that would have made for a stronger
Stephanie win, since she has done VERY well all season and Lisa has SUUUCKED all season.
I am glad she won, but I think it was bad that she didn't blow it out of the water - her dessert could have been better. Oh well...on to the next.... |

it was a hoot how those chefs just stopped what they were doing and came over to watch Richard when he pulled out his toy. which begs the question, what were
the other contestants one thing they got to bring? we were never told.
and when they introduced the "souse" chefs and the foods, I was thinking "that's what stephanie should cook. that's richard's....." and it worked out perfectly. and that little clip of steph being critical with the way her chef was cutting the fish and her confessional to go along with it was a riot. poor Richard. he had +%%#* in his eyes the whole time. he knew he was sunk and he knew he did it to himself. now Lisa. I started giving her a 2nd chance after reading one of Anthony Bourdain's blogs. he liked her cooking and said she was really a likeable person and couldn't figure out why bravo was giving her such a bad edit. (there were a few times towards the last few episodes I actually found her funny - in a good way) I can't figure that out either since she didn't win. they just wanted us to hate her? but even Richard and Steph could barely tolerate her and they're some pretty accepting folks. the thing I noticed about Lisa's dishes, the only times she did really good was with foods she was comfortable with and had cooked many times before. like last night's soup. or the peanut butter mashed potatoes. she was never able to do anything original or by the seat of her pants. Stephanie on the other hand was the master - and she did it in a calm, organized, gracious, winning way. |

Well deserved Stephanie win, but I agree Dale should have been in the F3. He was head and shoulders above everyone except Richard and Stephanie IMO.

Season One-Harold, got it right because he has a very successful restaurant now so proves he deserves it IMO.
Season Two- Marcel should have won Season Three-Got it right, only because Tre got screwed and booted too early, Hung was a good winner. Season 4-Stephanie or Richard would have both been okay with me, but I liked Dale the most. |
