I missed the Lifetime reunion special a few years back; I keep waiting for them to re-run it. The rumor is that Bea and Betty despised each other. I hate to think that, because this is my favorite show ever! Dorothy explaining how she initiated a sexual affair with Stan: "I thought I was setting the parking brake!"

Gosh it will be a tragic day the day one of them dies. I <3 them all so much. ETA: Did you know that the roommate in the pilot episode (Coco?) was originally suppose one of the four main characters and Sophia was suppose to be a recurring role. Soooo many great lines. Blanche wonders if she can pawn off her uncle onto someone else for the night while she has a date. Sophia "Don't look at me. To me family is everything, family comes before everything else!" Blanche "But I'm desperate!" Sophia "Con Dorothy into it." "Conning Dorothy is an option but I don't know if I have it in me to do all that convincing all that persuading all that- OH my god is that Dorothy?! Or Miss Lana Turner emerging from her morning toilette?" "It's Lana with a message from Dorothy: Whatever the favour, forget it." After Lucas hatches the plan to trick Blanche and Dorothy wonders if it will get her goat (strong Southern accent) "Are you kidding? A Brooklyn Italian living in Hollingsworth Manor?" ETA: I checked and they have all the Golden Palace episodes on youtube! I missed a couple eppys from when they did the reruns on Lifetime a few years back. Are you sure about GG going to Hallmark??? I hope that's true. They show MASH like crazy, so I think they'd do the same for GG. On the other hand, I remember being happy about them having Facts of Life, and they only ran that for a few months (for summer I think) and then never aired it again.
