I love how in awe of Cook he is. He's a really good kid, and nothing like we saw on the show. He and Cook really seem to be like brothers to each other, I
think it's cool. I hope to god he ditches that fucktard father of his. Too bad he is going on the tour with him. Archie could use some fun around other
more fun adults. This tour will be good for him, get him out of that damn bubble he's probably had to exist in over the past several years.

I heard both Castro and Cook defend Jeff A in recent interviews. From the blog of one of the reporters who interviewed him this week:
"I haven't seen him in action much, but I have to say his dad, Jeff seems really cool and just protective. If I were the parent of a kid with as much talent as David, I'd be following his every move as well" Daddy Jeff could still be a creep for all I know. I'm just saying a lot this season on Idol wasn't as it seemed.

Well I doubt either Jason or Cook are going to say anything disparaging about the father without coming off like assholes. Simon backed the claims up, and
there are too many stories out there. Hell even Archie kinda eluded to the fact that his dad is intense. EW did that piece that one week that said his father
was being very bossy with the arrangers and stuff too. I think the media definitely intensified it much more than was really there, but I am sure there is
definitely some truth to it.

Hi Archietards! Long time since I've said hello. Kinda miss you guys.
Archie has been an absolute delight post season. I'm glad I got on the Archie is okay wagon early. He really is much, much more articulate and quite the personality since he's been set free. I hope his debut album is great. I'm seeing lots of signs that, barring Dadchuleta's involvement, he could actually do some cool songs. |

I'm a leftie too!! I do everything with my left, I can't do anything with my right for the most part.
I've always loved, loved, loved Archie's amazing energy. He sparkles almost an angelic vibe, I just wanna squeeze him, he is so adorable! He has such a warm personality, he's made to be a star. He's gonna do great in life, personal and career. Cookie became my all time favourite but Archie is such a close second. I can't wait for his c.d.!! Archie <3<3<3<3 |

My 17 yr old step daughter was over today, and she wasn't originally watching AI but must have started to when I told her it was a good season. She told
me she didn't like David Cook at first, but now thought he was really good. She said she did not want the little guy to win. You will all be proud that I
defended David A and told her that he was actually a very sweet kid and very genuine and funny and that if she saw him in interviews post Idol she would think
differently.
Honestly, if he had won it would have been the Dadchuleta singing puppet show v2.0. Coming in 2nd takes an enormous amount of pressure off of him, puts his Dad to the side a bit, and gives Archie a chance to test his wings while letting DC carve their path. Coming in 2nd was the best thing to happen to DA in years. I think he is starting to be himself, and what I am seeing is a much stronger and confident, and happier, Archie. I don't think I have seen one negative article about Archie since the show ended. Best Final Two Ever. |
