School is about to end for me and summer is about to start. For some prep for the new season I wanted to watch some old seasons, but I really didn't feel
like watching the American versions. Were the Aussie versions and any others good? I feel like torrenting them.

I recommend to watch in this order: UK Mole 1 - great season with some surprise mission endings UK Mole 2 - another great season with a good mole OZ Mole 3 - arguably the best mole OZ Mole 4 - I consider this the bastard child of Mole seasons, I have no idea what the producers were thinking, but there were some fun challenges nevertheless |

Ty greenscreen. I was bittorrenting Oz Mole 1, but it takes like 7 hours for one episode. <_<
ETA: Watching UK1 right now, LOL at how low rent it is. WTF is with the mini screen compared to the big screen in US. :D And the music is craptastic.

I've always heard that OZ3 is the best.Mole.ever. but I've never gotten around to watching it.
In fact, I don't think I've ever watched a program of any show set outside the US. |

GIAA, I watched TARA and some Japanese movies/game shows on youtube, but that's it.
I see a lot of the same challenges in UK1 as US. Like the Paintball challenge with the hostage=Laser challenge with the princess. But the paintball one is a lot easier. Spoilers on UK1Ep5Challenge3

Why don't you want to watch the US Moles? Their production value is much higher, and it's clear.
About Oz3 I actually haven't seen any foreign Mole besides Oz3. Does anyone know where I can watch them without having to download? |

But seriously, the challenges were pretty good on UK1, but the production was so shitty I couldn't watch after my fave was executed. |

I've only downloaded the last season of Oz Mole (#5?), while it was airing. Then just like w/ the version here there were rumors and mumblings of a next
season that NEVER happened. I was waiting and waiting and waiting
The format of that season was really different from the US (live eliminations), and apparently really different from previous version of Oz, along w/ a new host so it pissed some peeps off. I had never seen that version before so I did not care...I really enjoyed it and my fav person ended up winning <3. |

I absolutely loved UK Mole 2, but I think that could be because it was mainly shot in my city, so it was freakin' weird seeing places around the area
featured on TV.

I was completely FLOORED by the mole. I'm not saying that he did a great job, but I was so sure that Jennifer was the mole. Hate Zi with a passion, and
it was horrible seeing Oliver and Sara go out in back-to-back episodes. David was too boring for me, so I was left rooting for Jennifer in the end, and I
thought she was the mole anyway, but she ended up getting 2nd.

Eh, Aussie Mole 3 was ok, but I didn't rave over it like everyone here did. The production values are just so much lower that it was sorta hard for to
ever get completely invested in. Crystal Rose is a GODDESS though, and the best Mole contestant anywhere ever, truth.

what was the timeline on these things? I'm watching UK now, and it looks like US had some of the same challenges, but the US had, imo, better execution of
the challenges for the most part - so was the US copying Oz or Britain?
there was an interrogation challenge in UK1 that i just watched that was AWESOME. |

the UK mole did not really impress me much. Plus, their casts often sucked. I did enjoy Oz mole 3 & 4, though!

What helped make Season 3 in Australia good was that it had what was probably the craziest bunch of contestants on any non-celebrity Mole.
