They will. With no other fresh-scripted shows, and the need to get ratings and ad $$, they ain't gonna reject eight weeks' profitability on the "technicality" that it'll leave us hanging. ETA: I was right. Read this:

That really sucks. The one bright spot in the strike was the thought of an earlier showing of the show.

"Wait so long?" They only have 17 hours to show next season. They found out in S3 that breaking them up didn't work so well so they air them
consecutively. I don't mind waiting.
