The donkey wheel that Ben turned reminded me of those goofy UFO pics that came out about a year ago. It's probably the same Hollywood prop guy that made
both.

Well we now know what happened to the hatch, it... "moved".

If it exploded Locke, Desmond... and the gang would've died.

about something relative to what Wisc said. When Claire saw the psychic in season one... the psychic said that Aaron couldn't be raised by an
"Other". While we thought the psychic meant anyone other than Claire... perhaps they actually meant... an OTHER. Ben went around telling everyone
that they ALL needed to go back to the island... even Aaron. Claire shows up in Kate's dream and tells her that Aaron can not go back. Perhaps Aaron is
supposed to be the "savior" for the island. Seems to me that Jacob NEEDS Ben, Locke, and Aaron to talk through... without them... what is he?? Ben
is exiled, Locke is dead... Jacob NEEDS Aaron. Perhaps with Aaron not going back... Jacob loses his power and "peace" will be restored. Just a
thought. The only thing with Claire not wanting Aaron bck o the island is perhaps she knows the evil there and wants it to end??
Thoughts????

Possible, but the psychic also admitted to Eko that he was a fraud. I think it's hard to say either way at this point...

I think I saw Sceve as one of the redshirts in tan shorts & brown shaggy hair as they were loading the zodiac. Seriously, I did.OMFG - So did I. I saw the actor who played Scott, then Steve. Maybe they were short on extras and threw him in thinking noone would notice. Shoot me now. GIAA - Man puhleeeze don't invite everyone to start a bunch of threads? Have you seen how many new ones have already been posted??? A couple of them are cool, but most could just be discussed here. You're an Index Junkie. But I luv ya. |

I think she is about to play Widmore big time, because he was the one who sent the killers who rigged the ship to blow in the first place. She said...that there are others that made it back too. ( we assume Desmond, Lapidus). It's possible Jin is alive and off the island too...if Faraday picked him up. They too would have to hide their true stories. Or it's possible they were close enough to the island they got swept away in time also along with it. I'm going to hold onto hope Jin is alive. Michael on the other hand...is really dead<g>. Once Locke is returned to the island...who knows what that will do for him.? But my big question is: WHY is Locke even off the island and how did he get off? Is is possible Locke and Ben are playing the 6 to get them to go back? There is plenty of good story left to be told...that is for sure<G>. |

Survivor Boy wrote: Ah, but we learned in the new hatch that organic and non-metal materials behave differently around Dharma experiments, presumably influenced by that strange matter stuff. So the Swan hatch could have exploded and the organic people could have been displaced forward into time and therefore never have experienced the explosion. This probably answers a question in the question thread why nobody died when the Swan hatch went poof. |

Thoughts:
Aaron's blanket rather pointedly had a #1 on his chest...."he's the ONE" Jeremy Bentham is very famous for being preserved in a cabinet in London....he still "lives".... Locke isn't dead. And if he is, he's alive like Christian Shepherd is alive. You can go look at Jeremy Bentham in his cabinet in London today. Jeremy Bentham in his cabinet in London:
Jin is completely alive. As is Daniel. The only person that I think is dead as a doornail is Michael.

I've come up with what would be the most mindblowing storyline possible for the final seasons of the show.

island (at least if we can believe Ben, which we probably can't), and the Others would then need a new leader. Perhaps Jack, Hurley, or maybe even Aaron
is the next "chosen one" that needs to return to the island?

the O6 somehow end up in the past before the plane crash. They then take the place of their past counterparts on the plane, and that's how they get back to the island. I don't think Aaron would lend his support to this plan. I think Locke's off the island because "everything went wrong" and he left to get the O6 and bring them back. |

Man what an awful finale. It really didn't explain shit other than what we already knew, the Oceanic 6 got off the island and left the rest of the
castaways there. At least it introduced the time machine even though it was just destroyed minutes later. The island disappearing was kinda cool. Locke
being dead sucked. Sawyer jumping off the helicopter and swimming back was genious. I always thought Jin would have gone out more badass than that. Michael
was worthless, man they pissed all over that character didn't they? And i still don't get why Oceanic Airlines would give Sun THAT much money to buy
out a major corporation just cause their airplane crashed. Whatever, heres to another longass break from this show.

GIAA - You're my favorite MediaWhoringIndex Junkie.
What *I* wanna know about Locke is how the hell he died? I thought the 815ers couldn't die after they left? Why was he excluded? And saying ONLY the O6 can't die til they go back doesn't cut it for me cuz any Lostie should fall into the category of "you weren't supposed to leave". |

And what about Smokey? Did he have a say in the matter? I loved loved this finale. That's all I have to say simply because I am still speechless. |
