Speaking of outfit changes, was I the only one that noticed that Toby's daughter (the older one) was wearing a completely different outfit towards the end
either before or after the Eliminator -can't recall. I thought they tape a lot of episodes in one day so that seemed really odd..
She was wearing a blue headband and some blue thing and then at the end she had a pink bow in her hair and a pink dress. Weird. |

I don't know if they tape full episodes together or events, meaning if they're going to play Hang Tough in 5 preliminaries, they'll tape them all
at one time. It would make sense if they did that, especially if certain events need to be taken down/put together.

So Tilt is an event that should suit Hellga, but she gets pulled off by the smaller contestant. Seeing Shamu splash in the pool was the highlight of the show.
Hopefully the audience in the front rows didn't get too wet. As for Toa, I thought he got too cocky against Brick when he thought he had him in trouble and
that cost him.
Speaking of Brick, that guy was just flat out dominant. I rolled my eyes at first because I thought he was going to be another sob story, but he actually turned out to be a very solid contender. With the exceptions of Hang Tough and Joust, I believe he beat the Gladiators on every event. Speaking of Joust, I laughed at how much Justice towered over the contestants. It's only been one event, and I'm already annoyed by Steel and her non-speaking gimmick, if it's actually one. |

What's up with minority males kicking ass? I don't think there's been a single white guy win. And Brick<333333. He didn't even look that
strong so I was surprised to seem him do so well.
I\ve hated pretty much all the girl winners. And they're all pretty dyke-ish so far. My favorite is probaly Abbe. Opinions on the events: The upside down race track thing- what is supposed to be entertaining?? I'm sure it is cool for the contestant, but for us it's just annoying. You can never tell where anyone is or how far ahead they are. Gives me a head ache. The one where you launch and shoot baskets- annoying. there's no physical contact and pretty much just comes down to who can get a lucky shot. Tilt- love it!!!! It will be fun to watch. eta: Forgot about the new event where you jump from pillar to pillar...sucks as well. All the new events are pretty sucky. None of them really have any chances of making you go, "OMG!!!!!" when someone gets hit really hard. And let's be honest..half the viewers probaly watch to see people get their asses kicked. Yawn. Best events are pyramid and earthquake where we see some action. And assault sucks. So happy we didn't have to see it this week.

Skytrack sucks.... a LOT. It's so boring.
Rocket Ball kinda sucks too. And Vertigo............ sucks too. Tilt was pretty cool though, and the new Hang Tough course is much better. |

BTW I find it hilarious that Randee could have had his Eliminator run, followed by a 1.5 minute break, then Brick could have had his Eliminator run, followed
by a 1.5 minute break, then Gerry could have had his Eliminator run... and they would STILL beat Melvin's time
I bet that bitch Hellga could have finished the Eliminator before Melvin. |

I am thinking that they will offer the winners spots as Gladiators after this season. I can't imagine that they will keep Hellga around much longer... and
Steel won't last more than just this season. She was awful in Earthquake. As for the men.... is Mallitia useful at all? Eh well... considering the size
of the women contestants this season... they might as well keep Hellga and Steel. Fuck... can you imagine Tiffany as a Gladiator? She is 5'3" and
100 pounds... what in the HELLGA??? I can't imagine them finding a better female contender than Monica (Jet)... but who knows. I would have said the same
thing about Evan (Rocket) up until last night... until Brick showed up!

I really find it hilarious that Hellga couldn't dominate in Tilt. She should've just sat down. Bitch got thrown off so easily :lol.
My favorite event from old American Gladiators was the Atlasphere event. The one with the people in a ball? I always liked that. I hope they bring it soon. |
