I have a question. Cook often wais (hands held together like in prayer) after his performance. It may be common for performers in the US these days. I wouldn't know. But, I didn't notice the other AI contestants doing that. I'm just wondering what it means to him. If anyone has a chance to ask him, it would be interesting, at least it would to me.

i have picked up another tidbit on Idol Extra....
The heart tattoo on his chest is kind of an homage to his friends. He won some kind of contest in Tulsa with his album/band and the award was like "Heartthrob of Tulsa" (or something...I don't exactly remember what but it had the word Heartthrob in it.) And his friends gave him a lot of crap about it in good fun, so he did the heart for them.

I'm watching Cookie on CNN right now. OMG! *squeals*
I'll upload the David Cook videos tomorrow, they'll be in iPod format. Anyone who wants the links I will PM. It was a bitch to get them all from IDF. The Shareonall links are a huge hassle, the only good think about them is that they provided 5 different sources to download from so you could download like 5 or 6 at a time once you got it working. It literally took me all friggin' day to downloading the avis. They are such great quality though. Earlier I got to chill in my room, set up my laptop and watch all the Cookie performances on fullscreen and they looked amazing. It was so wonderful, fantardy and relaxing. I found Billie Jean already in iPod format somewhere so I need to go back, download that video and burn them all to a DVD to watch. |

Wow, 10 years. I missed him saying that. Poor Adam and what this family must be going through. I'm not religious but I do believe in God, I only pray for
things that I think are really, really important and Adam is definitely in my prayers.
Oh and is it wrong that I'm starting to like Archie a little bit now that it's over the right guy won. He's on Larry King and I'm enjoying him. It might just be passing though because he said "i don't really think he gave enough credit to Cook anyway" in regards to Simon on Tuesday. |

I'm still worried for him though...he doesn't seem to have a clue about his record deal Cook is looking good...................... Another tidbit...."Sugarfoot" is the nickname the Idols gave Cook in their dance classes they had to take. No explanation why......

Larry King often pushes on stupid questions when it's clear people aren't going to give him an answer about it. As for hating Archuleta, I never hated little David. I hated the hype surrounding him, I hated TPTB and the judges for over pimping him, I hated his mediocre performances, I hated the gasping and lip licking and most of all I hated his father. Before all that started in the beginning though I liked little David and I like him again now that it worked out the way I feel it should have. As for "Sugarfoot" Carly didn't explain it either. I watched Idol Extra earlier and all the contestants were talking about Cook and she was like "Sugarfoot" and she said the same thing, that that's the name they gave him in their dance classes and she was laughing. Very clear from that video clip that Mike and Carly are his BFFs. |

Agreed about Archie's dad. We can all celebrate his 18th Birthday.
Also I don't know if it's true or not but Archie said on LKL that he didn't always listen to his dad. He said there were times he did something else, something he wanted to do. |
