I agree on the pickup scene. Col Ryan is supposedly the lead man in an uber trained military squad and he drives away completely missing Mac sitting in his
truck outside his wife's house. There's definitely something wrong with that picture. I also agree that Hector told Mac about what he had seen at the
motel. Originally I didn't agree with scenario of Col Ryan being behind Hector's death but I'm starting to think that maybe there's more to it
than just a stray bullet. At any rate, I think they've wasted enough time on this affair and need to move on. Tiffie can leave and lets get back to the
heart of the show.

I think they're going to keep the tension around Tiffie/Ryan/Mac for at least another couple of eps. But I still think having Ryan be in any way involved
in Hector's death completely obliterates the character and his sense of duty towards the unit. Yes, he's sleeping with a team member's wife but
killing a team member is another thing altogether. Especially when for all he knew Hector had already said something to Mac.
Either way, I'm looking forward to them picking another team member. I hope they stretch it out over more than one episode. The one that showed how Brown got picked for the Unit was great. |

I rarely have any complaints about this show, but I thought it was too ridiculous that Col. Ryan didn't notice Mac posted up in his truck on the side of a
residential street. Well, we didn't see him actually react, so maybe the producers have a fake-out hidden up their sleeves on that one. I really hope
Ryan didn't take out Hector because of their affair.

What's going on with Bob??? He finally has a conscience? I guess having to kill a kid by shooting him in back is getting to him.... that and the fact
that he has another pup on the way....

No Tiffy did NOT go diggin' into Molly's past when the bitch has some hellafied secrets of her own. Liked Molly's line about not telling Jonas.
Tiffy ought to be able to do that, given her own crazy, lethal husband.
Nice fakeout with Bob though. I thought he was supposed to kill the big shot. And I'm intrigued where the show might take his character given the closing scenes. Many miles away, something crawls from the slime, at the bottom of a dark Scottish lake... |

I liked Jonas's line too about everyone going through what Bob was going through, and what took him so long!! I think Bob is destined to take the helm of
the Unit in the future.

It was a different show last night without all the Ryan/Tiffie/Mac hoopla. I think I like it ;)
Keep the missions coming. Boo on Kim being so busy that she can't recognize that her husband needs her. They play these two to be so in love. I am surprised she is so involved in so many different things + being pregnant and she isn't seeing what's going on with him. Nice to hear Mac speaking about finding a girl to have a drink with after the mission last night ;) |

wtf - no chemistry with Annie and Grey. Please do not do this pairing. I am ready for Kim to have this baby and sit down some where. I missed seeing Molly in
this episode. Having Jonas be the only one out on a mission made this ep drag. It wasn't a good story anyways. The Unit is going to have to do better than
this if it wants to keep an audience. JMO.

Yeah, the thing about Kim and Bob that bugged me was that he's usually so competent but because it was Kim's DJ/therapist storyline he had to come of
like angry dumb husband man.
I was a little confused about the history between Jonas and the redhead. Were they married before or did they just have a fling? |

Ah, friday: the death knell for one of CBS's quality series. Grim. Think maybe the unpopularity of the war has had a negative effect on this series?

I was just thinking about this show over the weekend. I am glad it is coming back. WIth tivo, etc, I don't think days of the week are quite the death
sentence they once were.

I do, but hopefully it won't stay on Friday's for long. I thought it was a good fit right after NCIS but whatever. Do we know if it's a full
season or 13 ep order?

So... about 11:30ish then? After the football/basketball/golf/whateverthefuck game runs the schedule off the rails?
Great. |

Yeah, I guess 9:00 pm central on CBS is as bad as Friday during the fall.
