Why are these chefs so down on Asian food? One moment the cheftestants are mocking Dale for doing only Asian. Next moment Bourdain is saying how hard it is to
master Asian cuisine because there are so many varieties.

What fucking BS. Lisa sucked so bad--her food was almost inedible for 2 weeks running, plus she was impossible to work with, and Dale still gets the boot. Dale may not been the best this season, but he is so much better than Lisa it isn't even funny. Plus letting Antonio pick her entire team first was totally bogus. I can see letting her have first pick, or giving her some extra time, but to give her that much of an advantage was just a joke. |

NOOOO!! I fell asleep and haven't finished watching it, but thougth Lisa would have been on the way out. How the heck could they justify booting Dale?
The last I saw, Padma praised the dumpling/pot stickers while gagging over Lisa's soup. And the dessert they had good (not great) comments over Dale's
flavored ice dessert and were gagging over Lisa's rice mango vomit.
What in the freaking hell happened? Man, I guess they really want a woman to win this season and they are going to take out any serious male competition. I expect Blaise to be gone in the next couple of weeks for some lame reason and not make the finals. I am L.I.V.I.D.!!!! |

Bourdain is a great attack dog. He should be a regular. Gail should go. Actually, Colichio, Bourdain, and, yes, Rocco would make a SPECTACULAR one-two-three
punch at the judges table. And I don't really give a shit about food- I just like the professionalism. We need more of that on TV.

Spike is so damn sleezy; he grosses me out entirely. People really think he's good looking? He cooked something last night? What was it? LISA!!!! Fucking aye - has the bitch ever been able to correctly prepare rice on this show? Tom - how can you have a Top Chef who cannot cook rice? She will come up with any sort of rationalization for errors to be someone else's fault. Reactive instead of proactive. The bitch is never at fault, yet fucks up almost everything she touches. If this is truly the Top Chef Season of the Female, then I suppose it makes sense for the antagonist to be female as well to round it all out, but my Gawwd is she abhorrent. The ugliest Chicken Little I've ever seen, fo sho. Bourdain's rant on "Asian food" reminded me of the rant a few pages back on here and I had to laugh. Welll done! Antonia thinks all "Asian food" is Chinese. I just don't like her. I thought Stephanie looked cute in her dress and boots, but, yes, a professional bra fitting is definitely needed. Richard was really UTR. I sincerely thought Nikki was gonna fuck up that pasta yet again. But Stephanie (who made a couple dishes AND ran front of the house, SPIKE) had already made it and it just needed rolled and cut, so I guess she couldn't screw up that badly. |
