Best finale announcement ever!!! I refused to believe the spoilers and DialIdol results and thought all day that Archie would win. The only indication was
when Simon retracted his criticisms of last night at the very last minute--which some on here called perfectly last night to indicate a Cook win. WTG,
everyone!! This win is for all of us crazy Cooktards!!!

I think I am losing it this year. I cried when Christian won Project Runway. I cried last night when David t.eared up after his performance of "The
World I Know". And when he won, I cried. When he cried, I cried some more. When he sang that crappy coronation song (which, um, yeah...I am totally
going to buy) with t.ears on his face, I kept crying. And when his adorable brother said, "That's my brother!" so proudly to the camera, I
grinned ear-to-ear.
I think I went ahead and got a little emotionally invested again this year, but at least this time it was totally worth it! |
