I will totally cop to the fact that this is the tardiest I have ever been EVER, but it's really only the last few days that it has reached a fever pitch.

Randy Jackson is a stupid motherfucker. Since WHEN is this show about finding the best singer? (singer only) If it WAS there would be no age restrictions. If it was, the fact that someone didn't "look like a popstar" would be irrelevant. If it was, it wouldn't even need to be on fucking TV, they could do the whole thing on the radio. Moron. This show is, and always has been, about finding a legitimate, relevant commercial singing star. To date, they have found a couple, but only one of them has won. If Randy actually thinks that Enchilada (no matter how well he sings, and he does sing well) is marketable, relevant, current, or even interesting, then he is 10x the moron I already thought he was, and that's some fucked up math, people.

Since the beginning of time, the producers have been creaming themselves trying to find a straight, attractive, believeable GUY. They finally found one. The fraus love him. The teens love him, the gays adore him, and even the super straight guys think he's cool and should win. And the morons take the yummy, decent, respectable, authentic rock guy and sell him down the river for the pre-pubescent daddy's boy who is so whipped and scared that he probably hasn't even grown balls yet.

I hate these fuckers.

thank you. I happen to LOVE Cook's voice and think he is a far more versatile singer than Archie, if not classically "better". I just don't understand these bastards' logic. We have to put up with the likes of Ace, Phil Stacey, and that asswipe Contstantine just to name a few. They finally find someone who ticks all the boxes, and they bury him.
