Even though I can rationalize Lisa being booted because she is a marginally talented, whiny, fugly lesbian too, so there we are. I hate Lisa. What a squinty eyed sourpuss face at judging panel. I like Richard. I didn't start out liking him, and a lot of that had to do with his doofy looks, but he's proven himself to be quite the gentleman. I'd be shocked if he starts acting an ass. Sam's eyes are set way too close together (beady), he's got pursed 'little lips and the shorn head is really unattractive. I question his taste in footwear as well. All of this equals Not Hot for me. I like Dale. I was loving that he was in the top 3 (and WON) and Lisa was in the bottom 3. I hate Lisa. Dunno if I mentioned that. Antonio hasn't really shown me any redeemable qualities aside from the "Smell Mop Whoo." Stephanie is very cute and cuddly looking. A few more pounds and she could be Deena on "Samantha Who?" I don't care for Spike. He always looks dirty to me. I don't want a chef who looks filthy to be cooking my food. And nice crap salad there, Machiavelli. Pffft. Moron.

To me, that didn't seem to be a salad at all. A poached egg atop some sauteed mushrooms? I don't get it. Of course, I'm not really sure how "salad" is accurately defined, so perhaps they could just make anything they wanted and call it a "salad" and they'd be fine...

Do you people who complain about Dale sticking to "Asian food" even realize that Asia is a WHOLE FREAKING CONTINENT? It's like saying, "Gee, Thomas Keller's a pretty good cook but he's constantly falling back on European food." Dale's done Japanese, a little Chinese, Philippino, Indian, and Thai. And those are just the cuisines I can think of off the top of my head. It's not at all comparable to the season where some douche won the whole shebang by sticking to Spanish food. It grated me to hear Antonia, on this last episode, complain about Dale's range. OK, I guess it's to be expected that some morons on a message board can't make the distinction... but a chef? Stupid xenophobic BS. Go warm up a hot pocket and choke on it.

I've been fortunate enough to work with some great chefs: Chef Morimoto Masaharu, Jean Georges, Jeff Felsenthal, Carrie Nahabedian, Yen Tran, Lon symensma, and they've all influenced me in on way or another, and now I've been able express it in my own way. I'm not like others who work for one chef, one restaurant for eight years. It's really weird to me that this individual would have any thing to comment on me since she never worked with me on any of the challenges.
