GIMG, you're in South Philly, right? My grandparents live there so I'm sure I'll be there at some point this summer. Ditto to Astro's beer
comment, but of course, nothing beats Nifty Fifty's over in Jersey (it's only a half-hour drive or so).
If anyone ever happens to be near GMU for some inane reason (I can't really think of a good one), let me know! There's...um...there's a Chick-Fil-A. That's about it. |

Amanda was Mixed at best. the tantrum, etc. I couldn't call her P at all. Since all the neutral votes are Mixed, it's a Call of Mixed or P, and Mixed is my unwavering opinion. I don't know about Cirie. Some karma, but her goodbye was touching, and part of her edit. I think I voted Mixed, or neutral, but I'm open to any opinion there. Michael |

For the Finale, ALL the girls should be CP and ALL should be Neu (or equally mildly P). Editing generally didn't take sides.
Natalie (CP) - left early, but she got the same quality edit while on screen as the others. We saw her feelings about Parv and the women's alliance and we saw her strategize. Cirie (Neu) - she was no more P than Parv. All the girls were celebrating or gloating (depending on perspective) early on. All the girls were taken aback by the switch to F3 and felt bad about it. All had sympathy and rerspect for one another. Parv got the provider scene climbing a tree to get cocunuts, which showed P intent. The fight between Cirie and Amanda was slightly N for both. Amanda's t.ears at TC weren't seen as P by the jury. Parv > Cirie > Amanda is how I'd rank their tone (althiugh no large gaps) This is a classic case where a player gets screwed by a twist and as usual editing does not go out of it's way to make us feel for it's victim. Of course Cirie fandom feels sympathy for her anyway. They justified the twist when they had Cirie say she got blindsided as she blindsided others (not to mention her ep12 delight at the thought of James's leaving, which caused the twist). Parv also said they were "humbled" rather than delighting at the thought of getting rid of Cirie.

^ I believe the theory behind it is that they had all the challenges built and wanted to use them all instead of wasting the loads of money it takes to build them. So the F5 IC was originally the F6 IC, the F4 originally F5 and so forth. So we've got people in LA, ATL, Chicago, Providence, DC... I wanna road trip and visit the Edgicians this year! And grabbing a beer would be great. I can do that in August. I may be 20, thin as a rail and gay, but I <3 my beer. |

Okay, I've seen this comment by many posters in several threads. Why/How does the evacuation of James result in a change from F3 to F2 ?If James doesn't leave in the middle of an episode, the only way they can have a F2 is with: (a) a surprise double boot episode (b) a surprise triple boot finale (c) adding a 15th episode a speeding up late boots faster than a 3 day cycle Can't see them doing any of those things. |

Even though Natalie didn't come into her own editing wise until the final 4 episodes, I would give her an OTTN rating. The invs damn her edgically, but
when it comes to character, she was a raving villain cartoon in her final presence. Casual viewers in my office are all talking about that 'bitch'
Natalie and how she hates men. She had an OTTN effect on the viewers, in my opinion. An odd edit, for sure. Reminds me of Bruce in the Aras season, and
Lydia in Steph's second season. Many INVS, and a lot of character.
Just my two cents. I've been following Edgic since it first came out. |
