I didn't watch Ugly Betty last night. However, last night, I stumbled upon an episode of the BBC 1990s sitcom "May to December" (about a
middle-aged lawyer who falls in love with a relatively younger woman), and in that episode, there was Ugly Betty's Christine! Ashley Jensen! She was
playing the middle-aged lawyer's assistant secretary Rosie, a fresh-off-the-farm Scottish lass if there ever was one. Her accent was THICK, even more than
on Ugly Betty.

Eddie Cibrian's appearance on DSM was a once-off where he played one of, uh, whats-her-face's (argh, bring DSM BACK, dammit!) previous husbands.KAREN! ...and yes, bring back DSM now! ________________

I really liked the episode. Really happy Gene Simmons wasn't Amanda's father. I can't imagine her wanting to search anymore, but it could be a good
chance for the show to get a big-named actor.

"You're cute and all, but not TV-cute."
The episode was pretty good. Wilhelmina was great, as was Hilda. I guess I was wrong about the show losing steam (well, not entirely, but it is still a great show). I can't wait for Betty and Gio to finally get together. |

I couldn't for the life of me remember where I knew her from, but that's it. I watched that show on PBS in the 90s and really liked it. |

This episode was the best in a while. Maybe because there was NO HENRY and NO CHARLIE! Be gone with your whiny asses! And Mark and Amanda together again is
how it should be too. I agree with everyone else who stated how it's great that everyone is back at Mode. And I'm looking forward to some good cat
fights between Clarie and Willie. I have never liked Judith Light more than on this show.
I can't put my finger on it, but I am suspicious as hell of hottie gym teacher guy. He got a weird look on his face after Justin told him Hilda "liked" him and I did not like the weird look. When they first brought Gio on the show I didn't like his annoying little ass, but now I think those two make a great couple and they should get to coupling as soon as possible. |

^ Yeah..I hated Gio when he 1st debuted b/c he was downright annoying and mean towards Betty and it was not flattering but between Henry and Gio, I think that
Gio is the right match for her. He's a good cross between Walter who was a Dud and Henry who is sort of out of her league/ not from the area/ from
Mode...Gio knows the neighborhood but also works and knows the type of people from Mode.
I wonder..is it Henry OR Gio on the show or can UB keep both on w/o this neverending triangle that's getting old? I feel like if Gio is to stay, that Henry would become the next Walter and just fade out for good. I actually like Henry..just the Charlie storyline has been meh at best. I didn't get any suspicous look from Gym Teacher at all. I think you are looking way too into it..I think that it's as black/white innocent as it seems. Hilda likes him, Justin told him and then he showed up and asked her on a date. |

I agree with everyone who is saying this was the best post-strike episode. I admit, it was also nice not having to flip between this and Survivor. I just
haven't been expecting much from my favorite shows after the strike since they might be trying to throw too much together. I hope they don't do a
prolonged love triangle. And again, wither Trans Fatty?

YAY for Naomi Campbell being there for the finale! And I thought Lindsay Lohan was going to be in a multi-episode arc, but she's in the finale. Odd to start her there then bring her back in the next season, especially since it looks like she's in flashbacks instead of the present. |

What was the point of having Lindsey Lohan guest star in the episode for 1-2 minutes?
I hope Betty went to Italy. I'd like to see Henry written out of the show, his storyline is getting old. |

She'll be back for a few epis next season. Setting up a back story.
Me too... a Rome episode would be cute and Henry needs to go. |

I dunno. I had hoped for more than the tired old "OMG, who did she choose?!?!?" season finale cliffhanger. Maybe (hopefully) the writers are taking
this summer to get feedback that we all are OVER Henry and are rooting for Gio. *heart* Freddy Rodriguez.
Otherwise, loved it. |
