You people are letting your guard down. What pathetic excuse for a hate thread has this become?

I've said in the past that I don't hate De-Chile. But, while I feel somewhat sorry for him, I'm a little too cynical by nature to feel mushy toward him.

And while I think that there might be some genuine affection between the him and the Cookie, I honestly believe that if PapaPorkchop and P-Clan Tools like Ol' Dean keep flapping their lips about the supposed song-stealin' (or who knows what else they might come up with 'tween now and Tuesday) it could backfire in such a way that they might find themselves pressured to have De-Chile himself verify or refute that stuff.

And in that case, I'd be shocked if the kid didn't fall in line and nervously declare that, yes, he was dying to sing what is it? three songs, now, that they're saying were cruelly snatched away from him presented with much bowing and scraping to the Cookie.

I'm not saying that De-Chile was in on the planning of these deliberate, if indirect, attacks on Cookie by way of attacking TPTB. But there is no way I'll believe that this kid doesn't know that this crap is happening and that his Pappy is more than likely behind it.

I'm not saying that there's much he can do about it, and sadly, if he really likes/admires Cookie as much as he seems to, he could be going through several different kinds of serious stress right now.

Yeah, PapaPorkchop outta be real proud of himself for probably being the reason behind both Davids having to deal with alot of unnecessary, BS, just because he's trippin' over the possibility that all that vicarious glory he was planning on experiencing through the Little One might just wind up being snatched away by the Big One.
